Then bring the lighthouse astern on a 48 true (NE by E Vi E mag.) course, heading for Calfpasture Island (marked by several houses and a few trees), which will lead to the black buoy lying 300 yards southeastward of Tavern Island. Then steer 38 true (NE % E mag.) for the red buildings on the south end of Calfpasture Point open 100 feet northward of White Rock Reef light until abreast the latter light. Then steer a little more eastward to insure clearing the point of the shoal on the west side of the channel about 300 feet south-southwestward of the black buoy. Then follow the curve of the channel northward, passing 150 feet eastward of the black buoy and the same distance westward of Long Beach light. Then follow the curve of the channel northeastward to a position 150 feet southeastward of a black buoy. Then steer 63 true (ENE y2 E mag.) and pass about 100 feet southward of the black buoy near Round Beach light. Round Beach Light To South Norwalk.--Pass 200 to 250 feet eastward of Round Beach light and steer 6 true (N by E y2 E mag.) for a large house northward of a low barn and lying on the north side of a shoal slough 400 yards east-northeastward of the wharf at Dorlons Point. When the end of the wharf at Dorlons Point is in range with a prominent church spire steer this range, course about 343 true (N % W mag.). Pass 100 feet off the wharf at Dorlons Point and steer 338 true (N by W mag.) to a position 100 feet westward of Fitchs Point light. Then steer 302 true (NW V4 W mag.) for a clock tower open southward of a prominent water tank in South Norwalk until up to the wharves, and folloAv them at a distance of 75 to 100 feet.
