Dans la troisième partie est présentée l'imposition du chiffre d'affaires de l'entreprise, c'est-à-dire la TVA. Enfin, la quatrième partie étudie l'imposition des moyens d'exploitation de l'entreprise. Cette nouvelle édition est à jour de la dernière loi de finances rectificative pour 2022 et de la loi de finances pour 2023. Sont ainsi traités la suppression de la CVAE sur 2 ans ; l'augmentation du plafond de l'impôt sur les sociétés à taux réduit pour les PME ; l'actualisation de différents seuils – franchise en base de la TVA, seuils des régimes d'imposition, retenue à la source sur les salaires, taxe sur les salaires ; la reconduction de régimes – réduction IR-PME, régime des jeunes entreprises innovantes ; la retouche du régime des subventions d'équipement ; la transmission d'universalité et TVA ; le droit d'enregistrement sur les cessions d'entreprises individuelles soumises à l'impôt sur les sociétés ; les opérations soumises à des taux réduits de TVA...
