Finally there was a celebration like none other at the lagoon on the barrier island. It was the return of the ”corroborree” only this time with international celebrities to join in the “symphony of joy”. And the Aborigines, who had been almost a forgotten race until then, resumed their rightful place as Caretakers of Mother Earth.
