We are fighting a battle forced upon us; we are fighting a battle for Germany's future. This struggle makes it an urgent necessity for us to remain ever conscious of how this war came about and what were its ultimate causes. For those who have eyes to see, the facts are as plain as day. Often enough they have been clearly revealed by authoritative sources, notably in the speeches of the Fuehrer. But our enemies are strenuously engaged in attempting to becloud the true facts. In their propaganda, they strive to mislead the public opinion of the world about their war aims as well as about the causes of the war. This makes it essential to establish once more, trough authentic official documents, the irrefutable and proven fact that England, and England alone is responsible for the war; that England wanted war, wanted it in order to destroy Germany.

Book excerpt: Excerpt from The History of Twelve Days: July 24th to August 4th, 1914 an Account of the Negotiations Preceding the Outbreak of War Based on the Official Publications The following work is an attempt to analyse and explain in detail the events which immediately preceded, and were the cause of, the present war. I began it for my own satisfaction, and it is now published in the hope that it may be found useful by others who desire to master the contents of the diplomatic correspondence to which it is intended to serve as a guide. After some consideration I found it necessary to place the examination in the form of a narrative; in this way alone was it possible to make clear the precise circumstances in which each document was written. The telegrams and despatches with which we have to deal are not abstract statements of political principles composed at leisure; each of them is an action; it represents a decision which was taken under urgent pressure, and was part of a continued course of action; its full significance can only be understood if we ourselves in imagination follow the course of events, day by day and hour by hour, so as to be able to put ourselves at each moment in the position of the actors. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Day Before the War recounts the events of August 31, 1939 along the German-Polish frontier and the history preceding these false flag attacks that led to the second European continental war in the 20th century. The book looks back to the aftermath of the First World War and the Treaty of Versailles that redrew the map of Europe, laying the foundations for the rise of fascism and future worldwide conflict. Many of the events and political behaviors demonstrated in the 1930s, particularly in Germany, can be found developing in today's world. At the center of the story is the poorly orchestrated attack on the radio transmitter in Gliwice - Sender Gleiwitz and this book reveals new information and details.

Book Who Started World War II

Download or read book Who Started World War II written by Udo Walendy and published by . This book was released on 2014 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Nowadays the Second World War is frequently called the Mother of All Wars, the ultimate war of Good versus Evil. The roles are invariably allocated: Hitler and his Nazi henchmen as the absolute evil, and the Allies as the liberators, the saviours of mankind. Never mind that Stalin fought the war together with the West, even though in 1939, when the war broke out, Stalin had already killed millions, whereas Hitler's victims counted "only" a few hundreds at most. During the past decades, Hitler's spectre has been raised repeatedly by politicians trying to demonise some country or some political leader in order to mobilize the masses for war, be it against Slobodan Milosevic Hitler, Saddam Hussein Hitler, or Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Hitler. In Palestine, Hitler and his "Holocaust" has served in one way or another as a justification for every aggression perpetrated by the State of Israel. And so the world stumbles from one war to another, and Hitler still gets the blame. It is about time to end this perpetual war propaganda for the perpetual instigation of more wars. And that is exactly what Walendy does in the present book: proving that the clich s about the Mother of All Wars are profoundly wrong; that the Second World War was not a Good War at all; that simple Black and White, Good and Evil patterns do not fit here. For seven decades, mainstream historians have insisted that Germany was the main, if not the sole culprit for unleashing World War II in Europe. In the present book this myth is refuted. There is available to the public today a great number of documents on the foreign policies of the Great Powers before September 1939 as well as a wealth of literature in the form of memoirs of the persons directly involved in the decisions that led to the outbreak of World War II. Together, they made possible Walendy's present mosaic-like reconstruction of the events before the outbreak of the war in 1939. This book has been published only after an intensive study of sources, taking the greatest care to minimize speculation and inference. Shortly after its 1964 initial publication, the German authorities put this work on their index of banned books, claiming that it was too dangerous because historians could only contradict it, but not refute it. After a legal battle lasting decades, the book was released in 1995 by the German Supreme Court. Future historical research will amplify the facts compiled in this book, but the defenders of "petrified propaganda" can no longer claim they are non-existent or irrelevant.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: A groundbreaking new account of the Battle of Britain from acclaimed Cambridge historian James Holland The Battle of Britain paints a stirring picture of an extraordinary summer when the fate of the world hung by a thread. Historian James Holland has now written the definitive account of those months based on extensive new research from around the world including thousands of new interviews with people on both sides of the battle. If Britain's defenses collapsed, Hitler would have dominated all of Europe. With France facing defeat and British forces pressed back to the Channel, there were few who believed Britain could survive; but, thanks to a sophisticated defensive system and the combined efforts of the Royal Air Force, the Royal Navy and the defiance of a new Prime Minister, Britain refused to give in. From clashes between coastal convoys and Schnellboote in the Channel to astonishing last stands in Flanders, slaughter by U-boats in an icy Atlantic and dramatic aerial battles over England, The Battle of Britain tells this epic World War II story in a fresh and compelling voice.
