It may then be operated either by personnel within the vehicle or through remote control brought into an adjoining building. The trailer is not intended for mobile operation (i.e., operation while in motion), nor for high speed towing. However, the load distribution and the type of hitch are designed to permit towing by a standard automobile. This has been done so as to permit to operational assignment of any desired number of automobiles to the task of relocating the vehicle in an emergency, rather than requiring the use of light or heavy trucks which may not be as available.
