Assim, o livro se organiza intercalando três capítulos de apresentação de teorias de discurso e métodos de análise discursiva, assinados por pesquisadoras do Brasil, da Argentina e da Alemanha, e três capítulos de aplicação dessas teorias e métodos a contextos locais brasileiros. Nossa expectativa com esta obra é trazer à tona abordagens não canônicas de análise de discurso crítica, destacando suas potencialidades por meio de sua aplicação a dados situados. Já sabemos que a análise de discurso crítica é um campo heterogêneo; agora veremos a heterogeneidade em outras direções.
