Book Death of a Real Estate Salesman

Download or read book Death of a Real Estate Salesman written by Jarred Kessler and published by Lioncrest Publishing. This book was released on 2017-05-26 with total page 150 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Ever wonder what a realtor does to deserve a disproportionately expensive 4%-6% commission on the sale of your home? They claim to offer unlimited exposure and transaction expertise and to act as an irreplaceable mediator in the negotiation process. In reality, what they provide is little more than a concierge tour service to show your home, and is that really worth $20,000 on the sale of a $400,000 home? In Death of the Real Estate Salesman, Jarred Kessler describes how advances in technology have rendered the traditional role of the real estate agent meaningless. He describes how emerging Internet-based tools will enable homeowners and prospective buyers to find each other with zero commitment, zero uncertainty, and zero realtor involvement. Buyers will be able to find their dream home more readily with less distrust in the process, and sellers will reap the financial rewards of not losing tens of thousands of dollars to a realtor with a competing agenda. By learning his process, you will open your eyes to the new world of real estate, which is just around the corner in a desirable neighborhood near you.

Book Selling Sacred Ground

Download or read book Selling Sacred Ground written by Craig Farestveit and published by Morgan James Publishing. This book was released on 2019-09-17 with total page 126 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Selling Sacred Ground takes an in-depth look at the real estate sales process and whether or not the real estate agent will be relevant or worthy of replacement in the marketplace. With over 5 million homes selling in the US every year, our growing DIY culture is asking if the traditional real estate agent is worth the commissions paid in all of those transactions. After all, traditional “experts” such as travel agents, stock brokers, and even doctors have been forced to adjust their roles with sites such as Expedia, Charles Schwab, and WebMD available to the public. Whereas most real estate resources are focused on how to get more clients and even more money from those clients, long-term veteran Craig Farestveit addresses how to actually do the job well for clients. A sobering how-to for those considering a career in real estate, Selling Sacred Ground looks at what a good real estate agent actually does in the sale of the home, helping those buying or selling decide if an agent is worth the cost and guiding experienced real estate agents to growth in a changing marketplace.

Real estate is repositioning for a "new normal" as the world recovers from COVID-19, the growth of AI, the expansion of Wall Street in real estate markets, and the ever-changing consumer. Book How To Become A Real Estate Agent How To Be Highly Successful As A Real Estate Agent And How To Earn Revenue As A Real Estate Agent

Download or read book How To Become A Real Estate Agent How To Be Highly Successful As A Real Estate Agent And How To Earn Revenue As A Real Estate Agent written by Dr. Harrison Sachs and published by The Epic Books Of Dr. Harrison Sachs. This book was released on 2019-11-27 with total page 77 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This essay sheds light on how to become a real estate agent, explicates how to be highly successful as a real estate agent, and elucidates how to earn revenue as a real estate agent. While becoming a real estate agent may seem be an eminently cumbersome, expensive, time-consuming, and daunting undertaking, it is viably possible to become a real estate agent. Much to the relief of prospective real estate agents, it is possible to become a real estate agent in a time span of less than a year and the journey to become a real estate agent is not as lengthy as the journey to pursue certain other occupations, such as the occupations of a medical doctor or attorney. The pathway that a prospective real estate agent can follow to become a real estate agent is fraught with challenges that are not a cinch to surmount. It can be arduous to fulfill the duties of a real estate agent. Real estate agent skills are desirable skills to possess. As of November of 2019, only an infinitesimal fraction of one percent of the global population work as real estate agents. in the U.S., for instance, less than 1,391,000 people work as real estate agents even though the U.S. population is comprised of over 328,000,000 people as of November of 2019. As of November of 2019, less than .424% of people in the U.S. work as real estate agents. This means that out of 236 random people in the U.S., about only one person at most would work as a real estate agent as of November of 2019. As of November of 2019, it was estimated that there were more medical doctors and attorneys as an aggregate in the U.S. than real estate agents in the U.S. even though it takes far more years to fulfill the ample mandatory requirements to become a medical doctor or attorney than it takes to fulfill the mandatory requirements to become a real estate agent. The mandatory requirements that need to be fulfilled for a person to become a real estate agent can vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The pathway to become a real estate agent can entail enrolling in “an ARELLO-accredited real estate school that offers pre-licensing coursework specific to your state” (“What are the,” n.d.) and then subsequently completing the requisite pre-licensing coursework and passing a pre-licensing final examination in order to complete the pre-licensing real estate agent course so that you can “obtain your official transcripts or a certificate of course completion before you can take your state’s real estate license exam” (“What are the,” n.d.)”. Once you have obtained your “official transcripts or a certificate of course completion”, then you can profusely study for “your state’s real estate licensing examination”. Once you are primed to take “your state’s real estate licensing examination”, then you can schedule a date to take the real estate license examination at the cost of conceding to paying a steep real estate examination fee in order to have the real estate examination administered to you. “Some states require that you get fingerprinted, complete a background check, or have Errors and Omissions Insurance on hand before you can take your state’s real estate license examination” (“What are the,” n.d.). Before commence taking your “state’s real estate license examination, you should contact the testing center in order to inquire about what documents you will need to have on the test day. You can also ascertain information about parking, hours and any materials you will need to bring with you on the test day” (“What are the,” n.d.). Depending on the jurisdiction that you reside in, “you may be required to be sponsored by a real estate broker in order to take the real estate license examination” (“What are the,” n.d.). You should studiously study for the real estate license examination so that you can render yourself poised to pass it and not need to retake it. Every time a person retakes the real estate license examination it bears him an additional hefty real estate examination fee. Within 6-12 months of having procured your real estate license, you will need to “complete real estate post-licensing coursework” (“What are the,” n.d.) if the jurisdiction that you reside in requires you to do so. It is important to not circumvent completing the “real estate post-licensing coursework” (“What are the,” n.d.) so that you maintain an active real estate license. Once you have passed the real estate license examination, you can be inducted into “professional real estate organizations”.
