Les d p ts ont t r alis s par pulv risation magn tron au moyen d'un g n rateur d charge continue (puls e ou non) avec ou sans l'assistance d'un plasma auxiliaire radiofr quence cr par une antenne interne. Pour tenter d'obtenir une couche mince de Fe3O4, nous avons tudi les oxydations ex-situ apr s d p ts ainsi qu'in-situ pendant ou apr s d p ts (en les comparant entre elles). Les caract risations ont concern l' tude de la structure, l'adh rence, la composition et la mesure des propri t s optiques infrarouge et thermiques.
