Book excerpt: El Proyecto de Fin de Grado trata sobre la realización de un Curso de nivel Básico en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (50 h), destinado principalmente a empresas relacionadas con la construcción. A parte de desarrollar la parte teórica, el proyecto propone ir más allá y llevar este contenido a las nuevas tecnologías a las que tenemos acceso actualmente. Es una adaptación de un contenido estándar a una parte de creación, mediante una pedagogía activa. El objetivo principal del Proyecto, es decir del Curso de Prevención en Riesgos Laborales, es concienciar a los trabajadores de la empresa a los cuales se realice el curso, de los riesgos laborales que están sometidos en su puesto de trabajo. Los métodos utilizados en este curso son principalmente los establecidos por ley, ya sean mediante directivas europeas, estatales y autonómicas, a parte de los reales decretos. El Curso Básico en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales está dividido en 4 módulos: Módulo 1: Conceptos Básicos sobre Seguridad y Salud. Módulo 2: Riesgos Generales y su Prevención Módulo 3: Elementos Básicos de Gestión de la PRL Módulo 4: Primeros Auxilios Al finalizar el curso se realizará una pequeña evaluación final, tipo test, para evaluar si el trabajador ha adquirido la teoría. El resultado que queremos obtener con éste proyecto, es fomentar la prevención en el trabajo, ya que es un punto muy importante dentro de la construcción. En cuanto a formación, el resultado óptimo, sería que una vez finalizado el curso el trabajador sea capaz de: enfrentarse a un riesgo, no el solucionarlo, sino a quien tiene que acudir y los derechos que tienen en cuanto a el; cómo actuar en caso de accidente o como se gestiona interiormente la prevención. Las conclusiones principales que sacaremos del curso serán, si los trabajadores habían sido correctamente informados y formados sobre su puesto de trabajo en particular. Generalmente qué nivel de conocimiento tenían sobre la gestión de la prevención en una empresa relacionada con la construcción.

Valorar la importancia y necesidad del emplazamiento, instalación y mantenimiento de equipos de protección colectiva, en función de si son adecuados a los trabajos a desarrollar. Definir la importancia y necesidad del uso, emplazamiento, instalación y mantenimiento de medios auxiliares, valorando si son adecuados a los trabajos a desarrollar y los trabajadores operan correctamente con los mismos.
