Jorge dedicadas a la exposición de los principales tratados de teología dogmática (Dios Uno y Trino, Cristología, Escatología), el presente está dedicado al estudio del misterio de la creación de Dios. Consta de dos volúmenes dedicados el primero a la creación en general y a la de los espíritus puros, y el segundo a la creación del hombre y el misterio del pecado original. Este primer volumen está dedicado, después de una introducción general al tratado de creación, a exponer, por un lado al estudio de las fuentes del tratado en la Sagrada Escritura, en la Tradición y en el Magisterio de la Iglesia, además de considerar también las principales herejías y construcciones erróneas; y, por otro lado, al estudio del acto creador de Dios así como de sus notas características (libertad, ex nihilo, temporalidad). Después la presente obra se centra en la angelología y la demonología. Merecen capítulos propios por su importancia y actualidad, la exposición de la finalidad de la creación así como el estudio sobre los desafíos que surgen del evolucionismo, o el problema del mal y la Providencia de Dios, etc. Se siguen aquí los mismos criterios de investigación que se utilizan para los tratados ya publicados, a saber, el delicado respeto por el auténtico Magisterio de la Iglesia, la consideración de las fuentes de la Revelación en su integridad, la teología clásica segura, sobre todo la de Santo Tomás de Aquino, y los alcances que la teología y metafísica del amor de A. Gálvez aportan a los temas propios de la creación. Se exponen además, desde estas perspectivas y se critican cuando corresponde, las modernas exposiciones y teorías hoy muy en boga, que se alejan con frecuencia de esos parámetros seguros, de tal manera que el lector pueda tener una información completa tanto de la doctrina católica, como de las desviaciones que se están proponiendo hoy en día. Esta mirada a la teología contemporánea y a la cultura del momento se hace más necesaria, si cabe, que en otros tratados, pues los ataques a la doctrina tradicional en el saber que aquí se investiga son más intensos que en otros tratados. La influencia de la teología neo-modernista y protestante ha sido muy fuerte. Y es necesario conocerla y desvelarla para asegurar la fe de siempre de la Iglesia. Se citan con amplitud los principales textos de Santo Tomás y del Magisterio en dos columnas, una en latín y la otra en la traducción al castellano. El objetivo es ayudar al lector a entrar en contacto directo con los textos originales, de necesaria consulta para entender la profundidad y sentido de los mismos. En muchas exposiciones, los autores se limitan a remitir a las obras, resumir sus contenidos y a proponer una interpretación personal de los mismos. Pero es imprescindible el conocimiento de primera mano de los textos comentados. Se provee también de una bibliografía básica en cada capítulo para ayudar a una posible ampliación de estudios por parte de algún lector interesado.
