Posteriormente se promulgó el Real Decreto 1.371/2007, de 19 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el documento básico «DB-HR Protección frente al ruido» y se modifica el CTE. Se incluye, dentro de éste, dicho documento básico DB-HR y se incorporan, a lo largo de las páginas, los 300 cambios introducidos por el mencionado Real Decreto. Poco después, en enero de 2008, el Boletín Oficial del Estado publicó una extensísima corrección de errores del propio CTE, con más de 200 modificaciones, que, en esta edición, se han incorporado en su lugar correspondiente. A continuación, la Orden VIV/984/2009, de 15 de abril, ha introducido centenares de cambios en el CTE, que asimismo figuran incluidos en el texto de éste. Por ultimo, el Real Decreto 173/2010, de 19 de febrero, ha modificado nuevamente el CTE en materia de accesibilidad y no discriminación de las personas con discapacidad, sustituyendo el documento básico «DB-SU Seguridad» por el «DB-SUA Seguridad y accesibilidad». Además de mucha otra normativa, se incluyen también el Real Decreto 47/2007, de 19 de enero, por el que se aprueba el Procedimiento básico para la certificación de eficiencia energética de edificios de nueva construcción, y el Real Decreto 1.027/2007, de 20 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en los Edificios. Los índices sumario y sistemático, así como los dos extensos índices analíticos de materias referidos a los textos legales y al CTE facilitan la consulta del contenido de esta nueva edición.
