Book CONTRIBUTION A L ETUDE DU RECOUVREMENT ET DE LA MEMOIRE CHEZ DES SUJETS EFFECTUANT DES EPREUVES D EVALUATION SENSORIELLE DE SACCHAROSE

Download or read book CONTRIBUTION A L ETUDE DU RECOUVREMENT ET DE LA MEMOIRE CHEZ DES SUJETS EFFECTUANT DES EPREUVES D EVALUATION SENSORIELLE DE SACCHAROSE written by CLAUDE.. GODARD and published by . This book was released on 1993 with total page 104 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: PAR UN CHOIX JUDICIEUX DE LA NATURE DE L'EPREUVE ET DES MODALITES DE RINCAGE A L'EAU, LES EFFETS DU RECOUVREMENT ET DE LA MEMOIRE ONT PU ETRE ETUDIES INDEPENDAMMENT L'UN DE L'AUTRE, DANS DES CONDITIONS OPERATOIRES PROCHES DE LA PRATIQUE SENSORIELLE DE PRODUITS ALIMENTAIRES, SUR DES SOLUTIONS DE SACCHAROSE DE CONCENTRATIONS COMPRISES ENTRE 50 ET 100 G/L. POUR L'ETUDE DU RECOUVREMENT, LA TECHNIQUE TEMPS-INTENSITE A ETE RETENUE ; CETTE TECHNIQUE OBLIGE LE SUJET A SUIVRE L'EVOLUTION DE L'INTENSITE PERCUE EN FONCTION DU TEMPS ; ELLE MOBILISE TRES PEU LA MEMOIRE PUISQU'ELLE NE DEMANDE PAS LA COMPARAISON EXPLICITE ENTRE ECHANTILLONS. DANS DES EPREUVES A 2 STIMULATIONS, LE RECOUVREMENT EST TRES RAPIDE (82% APRES 2 SEC.) PUIS AUGMENTE FAIBLEMENT (89% APRES 30 SEC.). DANS LE CAS D'EPREUVES A 10 STIMULATIONS SUCCESSIVES, LE RECOUVREMENT EST PLUS LENT PAR SUITE D'UNE ADAPTATION PLUS SEVERE: LES STIMULATIONS DOIVENT ETRE ESPACEES DE 60 SECONDES AU MOINS POUR QUE LEUR INTENSITE SOIT EVALUEE INDEPENDAMMENT LES UNES DES AUTRES. POUR L'ETUDE DE LA MEMOIRE, DES EPREUVES DE COMPARAISON ONT ETE UTILISEES AVEC UN RINCAGE A L'EAU PRECEDANT SYSTEMATIQUEMENT CHAQUE PRISE D'ECHANTILLON ; DE CETTE MANIERE, TOUS LES ECHANTILLONS ONT ETE EVALUES DANS LE MEME ETAT SENSORIEL DE RECOUVREMENT. QUAND LE TEMPS SEPARANT L'EVALUATION DE DEUX ECHANTILLONS AUGMENTE, LA QUALITE DES REPONSES DIMINUE. AINSI, POUR L'EPREUVE A-NONA, L'INDICE DE DETECTABILITE EST EGAL A 1.12, 0.93, 0.77 ET 0.41, RESPECTIVEMENT AUX TEMPS 1,5, 15 ET 60 SECONDES ET POUR L'EPREUVE PAR PAIRE, LA FREQUENCE DE REPONSES CORRECTES CORRIGEE DU HASARD EST EGALE A 0.44, 0.52, 0.38 ET 0.20, RESPECTIVEMENT AUX TEMPS 1,5, 15 ET 60 SECONDES

Book La performance en analyse sensorielle

Download or read book La performance en analyse sensorielle written by Nicolas Pineau (auteur d'une thèse de sciences de l'alimentation).) and published by . This book was released on 2006 with total page 190 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: A young writer has his heart set on his aunt's large apartment. With this seemingly simple conceit, the characters of The Planetarium are set in orbit and a galaxy of argument, resentment, and bitterness erupts. Telling the story from various points of view, Sarraute focuses below the surface, on the emotional lives of the characters in a way that surpasses even Virginia Woolf. Always deeply engaging, The Planetarium reveals the deep disparity between the way we see ourselves and the way others see us.

Book Faecal Sludge Management

Download or read book Faecal Sludge Management written by Linda Strande and published by IWA Publishing. This book was released on 2014-08-15 with total page 428 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: It is estimated that literally billions of residents in urban and peri-urban areas of Africa, Asia, and Latin America are served by onsite sanitation systems (e.g. various types of latrines and septic tanks). Until recently, the management of faecal sludge from these onsite systems has been grossly neglected, partially as a result of them being considered temporary solutions until sewer-based systems could be implemented. However, the perception of onsite or decentralized sanitation technologies for urban areas is gradually changing, and is increasingly being considered as long-term, sustainable options in urban areas, especially in low- and middle-income countries that lack sewer infrastructures. This is the first book dedicated to faecal sludge management. It compiles the current state of knowledge of the rapidly evolving field of faecal sludge management, and presents an integrated approach that includes technology, management, and planning based on Sandecs 20 years of experience in the field. Faecal Sludge Management: Systems Approach for Implementation and Operation addresses the organization of the entire faecal sludge management service chain, from the collection and transport of sludge, and the current state of knowledge of treatment options, to the final end use or disposal of treated sludge. The book also presents important factors to consider when evaluating and upscaling new treatment technology options. The book is designed for undergraduate and graduate students, and engineers and practitioners in the field who have some basic knowledge of environmental and/or wastewater engineering.

Book Narratives of fear and safety

Download or read book Narratives of fear and safety written by Kaisa Kaukiainen and published by BoD - Books on Demand. This book was released on 2020-09-01 with total page 546 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The essays in this edited volume, written in English and French, tackle the intriguing problems of fear and safety by analysing their various meanings and manifestations in literature and other narrative media. The articles bring forth new, cross-cultural interpretations on fear and safety through examining what kinds of genre-specific means of world-making narratives use to express these two affectivities. The articles also show how important it is to study these themes in order to understand challenges in times of global threats, such as the climate crisis. The main themes of the book are approached from various theoretical perspectives as related to their literary and cultural representations. Recent trends in research, such as affect and risk theory, serve as the basis for the discussion. The articles in the volume also draw from disciplines such as gender studies and trauma studies to examine the threats posed by collective fears and aggression on individuals' lives and propose ways of coping with fear. These themes are addressed also in articles analysing new adaptations of old myths that retell stories of the past. Many of the articles in the volume discuss apocalyptic and dystopian narratives that currently permeate the entire cultural landscape. Dystopian narratives do not only deal with future threats, such as totalitarianism, technocracy, or environmental disasters, but also suggest alternative ways of being and new hopes in the form of political resistance.

Book Preventing Disease Through Healthy Environments

Download or read book Preventing Disease Through Healthy Environments written by Annette Prüss-Üstün and published by World Health Organization. This book was released on 2016 with total page 173 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: "The main message emerging from this new comprehensive global assessment is that premature death and disease can be prevented through healthier environments--and to a significant degree. Analysing the latest data on the environment-disease nexus and the devastating impact of environmental hazards and risks on global health, backed up by expert opinion, this report covers more than 130 diseases and injuries. The analysis shows that 23% of global deaths (and 26% of deaths among children under five) are due to modifiable environmental factors--and therefore can be prevented. Stroke, ischaemic heart disease, diarrhoea and cancers head the list. People in low-income countries bear the greatest disease burden, with the exception of noncommunicable diseases. The report's unequivocal evidence should add impetus to coordinating global efforts to promote healthy environments--often through well-established, cost-effective interventions. This analysis will inform those who want to better understand the transformational spirit of the Sustainable Development Goals agreed by Heads of State in September 2015. The results of the analysis underscore the pressing importance of stronger intersectoral action to create healthier environments that will contribute to sustainably improving the lives of millions around the world."--Page 4 of cover.
