Book Contribution l tude des convertisseurs directs de fr quence transistors de puissance

Download or read book Contribution l tude des convertisseurs directs de fr quence transistors de puissance written by Arnaldo Perin and published by . This book was released on 1984 with total page 172 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle.

This book was released on 1994 with total page 180 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: L'IGBT EST BIEN ADAPTE AUX APPLICATIONS DE MOYENNE PUISSANCE. LA TENDANCE ACTUELLE EST L'AMELIORATION DE SES POSSIBILITES TANT AU NIVEAU DE LA TENSION ET DU COURANT ADMISSIBLES QU'AU NIVEAU DE LA FREQUENCE DE FONCTIONNEMENT. CE TRANSISTOR DANS UN AVENIR TRES PROCHE DEVRAIT REMPLACER BON NOMBRE DE COMPOSANTS. UNE MEILLEURE CONNAISSANCE DE L'IGBT PASSE PAR SA CARACTERISATION ELECTRIQUE ET THERMIQUE PRECISE, AFIN D'AMELIORER LA CONCEPTION DES CONVERTISSEURS MODERNES DE L'ELECTRONIQUE DE PUISSANCE. DANS CE TRAVAIL, NOUS AVONS EFFECTUE UNE ETUDE DETAILLEE DES DIFFERENTES METHODES DE CARACTERISATION DES COMPOSANTS SEMICONDUCTEURS ET PLUS PARTICULIEREMENT DE L'IGBT. POUR ARRIVER A CE BUT, NOUS AVONS DEVELOPPE ET/OU UTILISE DES PROGRAMMES DE CALCUL ET DES LOGICIELS AYANT TRAIT AUX DOMAINES ELECTRIQUE ET THERMIQUE. DANS CERTAINS CAS, UN MODELE COMPORTEMENTAL, OU LE COMPOSANT EST CONSIDERE COMME UNE BOITE NOIRE EST ETUDIE PAR SES ENTREES ET SORTIES, EST SUFFISANT. FINALEMENT, COMME LES CARACTERISTIQUES ELECTRIQUES ET THERMIQUES DE L'IGBT SONT FORTEMENT COUPLEES, NOUS AVONS ETUDIE PLUSIEURS MANIERES DE PRENDRE EN COMPTE CE PHENOMENE DANS DES OUTILS DE SIMULATION

Book CONTRIBUTION A L ETUDE DU VIEILLISSEMENT DES TRANSISTORS DE PUISSANCE BIPOLAIRES A GRILLE ISOLEE IGBT ET AU DIAGNOSTIC DES CONVERTISSEURS STATIQUES

Download or read book CONTRIBUTION A L ETUDE DU VIEILLISSEMENT DES TRANSISTORS DE PUISSANCE BIPOLAIRES A GRILLE ISOLEE IGBT ET AU DIAGNOSTIC DES CONVERTISSEURS STATIQUES written by AREZKY.. BOUZOURENE and published by . This book was released on 2000 with total page 143 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: LE VIEILLISSEMENT DES INTERRUPTEURS ELECTRONIQUES CONDUIT, A TERME, A LA DEGRADATION DE LEUR FONCTIONNEMENT ENTRAINANT DES REPERCUSSIONS GRAVES ET SOUVENT DESTRUCTIVES SUR LEUR ENVIRONNEMENT (SYSTEME). IL EST DONC IMPORTANT, AUSSI BIEN POUR LE CONCEPTEUR QUE POUR L'UTILISATEUR, DE CONNAITRE L'AVOLUTION DE CE PHENOMENE DANS LE TEMPS AFIN DE PARER AUX DEFAILLANCES QU'IL GENERE. EN PARTANT DE LA STRUCTURE PHYSIQUE DU TRANSISTOR DE PUISSANCE IGBT, NOUS AVONS MIS AU POINT TROIS BANCS D'ESSAIS QUI ACCELERENT LE VIEILLISSEMENT DE CE TRANSISTOR PARTICULIER A TECHNOLOGIE D'INTEGRATION HYBRIDE. APRES ETUDE, NOUS AVONS MIS EN EVIDENCE, DANS UNE PREMIERE ETAPE, LA POSSIBILITE DE SUIVRE L'ETAT DE VIEILLISSEMENT DU COMPOSANT A TRAVERS L'EVOLUTION DE SES PARAMETRES ELECTRIQUES ; PUIS, DANS UNE SECONDE ETAPE, NOUS AVONS ANALYSE L'INFLUENCE D'UN IGBT VIEILLI SUR UN CONVERTISSEUR UNICELLULAIRE OU LA PRESENCE DE DECALAGE DES INSTANTS DE COMMUTATION A ETE DETECTEE. CE RESULTAT PEUT SERVIR DE CRITERE A PARTIR DUQUEL UN RISQUE DE DEFAILLANCE PEUT SURGIR DANS LES SYSTEMES MULTICELLULAIRES DE TYPE ONDULEUR. QUANT A LA TROISIEME ETAPE, ELLE EST CONSACREE A LA MODELISATION DE L'EVOLUTION DES PRINCIPAUX INDICATEURS DE VIEILLISSEMENT EN FONCTION DES CONDITIONS ET DU TEMPS D'UTILISATION DES TRANSISTORS. UN PREMIER MODELE MATHEMATIQUE, BASE A LA FOIS SUR LA THEORIE ET LES RESULTATS EXPERIMENTAUX, DONNANT LA CROISSANCE DE LA TENSION DE SEUIL EN FONCTION DE L'ETAT DE VIEILLISSEMENT DES IGBT EST PRESENTE ET UNE DISCUSSION SUR LE DIAGNOSTIC ET LA SURVEILLANCE DE CE PHENOMENE POUR CE TYPE DE TRANSISTOR PARTICULIER EST RAPPORTEE DANS CE MEMOIRE.
