Quali sono queste regole generali? Nello specifico individuiamo nel Codice Civile e negli Accordi Economici Collettivi i riferimenti principali. Avendo tuttavia constatato che sia l’agente di commercio, così come la ditta mandante, non sempre sono consapevoli dei contenuti e della portata degli accordi sottoscritti, ho pensato di sintetizzare le “regole del gioco” in questa guida. Per tanti protagonisti di questa professione, finchè non vi sia un qualche contenzioso che disturbi la normale giornata d’affari, sono un mistero le parole Aec, Codice Civile, indennità risarcitorie o Firr; anche per questi motivi ho pensato di realizzare un testo utile a tutti, un agile manuale, che possa servire a diffondere una maggior conoscenza delle regole. Questo testo nasce perciò con l’ambizione di rendere disponibile in forma semplificata gli elementi essenziali del contratto, contribuendo, spero, ad aiutare il lettore, nel migliorare la propria conoscenza delle regole che stanno alla base del contratto di agenzia. Ometterò quanto più possibile di fare riferimento a leggi, regolamenti, direttive europee, sentenze, ricorsi e altri riferimenti normativi, da me relegati comunque in un sommario elenco, in fondo al testo, non perchè non siano importanti, anzi, loro malgrado, queste sigle e numeri, dimostrano quanto sia importante e complessa questa materia così come la gestione del conflitto nel contratto di agenzia.

The 2019 World Development Report will study how the nature of work is changing as a result of advances in technology today. Technological progress disrupts existing systems. A new social contract is needed to smooth the transition and guard against rising inequality. Significant investments in human capital throughout a person’s lifecycle are vital to this effort. If workers are to stay competitive against machines they need to train or retool existing skills. A social protection system that includes a minimum basic level of protection for workers and citizens can complement new forms of employment. Improved private sector policies to encourage startup activity and competition can help countries compete in the digital age. Governments also need to ensure that firms pay their fair share of taxes, in part to fund this new social contract. The 2019 World Development Report presents an analysis of these issues based upon the available evidence.
