De esta manera, no les faltará todos los días un pequeño estímulo que les ayude a vivir mejor. Porque estamos bombardeados por muchas cosas que nos vuelven consumistas, tristes, resentidos, egoístas. Entonces, es mejor que también nos bombardee cada día una meditación sana y positiva que nos quede dando vueltas por la mente y por el corazón. Es un minuto para "volar". Eso no significa evadirse o escapar de la vida concreta. Al contrario. Son pensamientos que nos ayudan a meternos a fondo en los desafíos de la vida, sin dejar que las cosas negativas nos derriben y nos corten las alas. Son pensamientos para elevarse en medio de los compromisos y las tareas diarias, dándoles un sentido y una luz. Así, junto con nosotros se elevan también nuestras actividades, nuestras relaciones, nuestros seres queridos. Porque cualquier pensamiento que nos estimule a orar o a amar es algo que nos hace volar alto en lugar de arrastrarnos por el polvo. Algunos días te tocará un pensamiento más breve. Si tienes tiempo, te puedes detener a meditarlo, a profundizarlo, a aplicarlo a tu vida. Si un día no tienes tiempo, y te toca un pensamiento más largo, entonces busca uno muy breve, léelo en pocos segundos, y trata de recordarlo a lo largo del día. Quizás te ayude a mejorar la calidad espiritual de tu vida. No te dejes vencer, no te dejes abatir, no te dejes oprimir por malos sentimientos y por pensamientos dañinos. Mejor vuela, y avanza.
