This report conveys the results of a study to identify CAFM software that best meets INS functional requirements. The study also specifies the hardware and other resources required for an integrated facility management system using the selected CAFM software, and proposes a plan for implementing the new system.

Die Objektnutzungsphase bildet den Schwerpunkt, da hier anteilsmäßig die höchsten Kosten entstehen. Transparenz ist die dritte Säule des FM.
