Book Efficient Computer Aided Analysis of Nonlinear Electronic Circuits

Download or read book Efficient Computer Aided Analysis of Nonlinear Electronic Circuits written by R. H. Allen and published by . This book was released on 1969 with total page 55 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: A digital computer algorithm for analyzing the behavior of nonlinear electronic circuits using the state-space approach is described. The nonlinear, time-varying and adjustable-parameter elements are removed and treated externally to an otherwise linear system. For each varying element a new input and output port of the system are defined. The nonlinearities are described in terms of the state of the system expressed at the output ports to which the nonlinear elements are attached. (Author).

Book Computer Methods for Circuit Analysis and Design

Download or read book Computer Methods for Circuit Analysis and Design written by Jiri Vlach and published by Springer Science & Business Media. This book was released on 1994 with total page 738 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This text is about methods used for the computer simulation of analog systems. It concentrates on electronic applications, but many of the methods are applicable to other engineering problems as well. This revised edition (1st, 1983) encompasses recent theoretical developments and program-writing tips for computer-aided design. About 60% of the text is suitable for a senior-level course in circuit theory. The whole text is suitable for graduate courses or as a reference for scientists and engineers who seek information in the field. Annotation copyright by Book News, Inc., Portland, OR

Book COMPUTER AIDED ANALYSIS OF MIXER CIRCUITS

Download or read book COMPUTER AIDED ANALYSIS OF MIXER CIRCUITS written by William Hsia Kao and published by . This book was released on 1976 with total page 107 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: While great advances have been made in numerical algorithms for d.c., a.c., and transient analysis of systems, very little research has been done on the development of simulation programs for the steady state analysis of nonlinear communication circuits. This thesis carries out an assessment of computer aided simulation techniques in the analysis of mixer circuits. Problems that are frequently encountered in mixer circuits, some mixer performance criteria, and some design tips are discussed. A survey of various computational techniques for the steady state analysis of nonlinear circuits is also presented. (Author).

Book Two Computer Algorithms for Obtaining the Periodic Response of Nonlinear Circuits

Download or read book Two Computer Algorithms for Obtaining the Periodic Response of Nonlinear Circuits written by Thomas Joseph Aprille (Jr.) and published by . This book was released on 1972 with total page 172 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In the computer-aided analysis of a nonlinear circuit with a stable periodic response, the steady state periodic response is usually found for a given initial state by simply integrating the system equations until the response becomes periodic. In a lightly damped system this integration could extend over many periods making the computation costly. In the paper two Newton algorithms are defined. The first algorithm IS FOR THE STEADY STATE ANALYSIS OF NONAUTONOMOUS SYSTEMS AND THE SECOND ALGORITHM IS FOR THE STEADY STATE ANALYSIS OF AUTONOMOUS SYSTEMS. The algorithms are applied to several nonlinear circuits. The results show a considerable reduction in the amount of time necessary to compute the steady state response. In addition, the initial iterates give information on the transient response of the system. (Author).
