After explaining some law this book has ready-to-use legal forms for Colorado like: 1) Will (Standard) - lets person control some things after their death like gifts of money and property, pick Executor to after death handle things like any probate process, and say things to help avoid some later delays and costs. 2) Will (Guardians) - this is Will with added parts to name 1 or 2 people as "Guardian" to if needed care for minor child or similar and their assets. 3) Self-Proving Affidavit - helps with later work of showing Will was properly signed. 4) Tangible Personal Property Memorandum - lets person easily, anytime write dome some small gifts to occur after death, but it can only cover "tangible personal property" like cars, furniture, jewelry, tools, and clothes. 5) Handwritten Will - this Will can skip the normal 2 witnesses and be done more easily but it must be 100% all handwritten by person doing the Will. 6) Medical Durable Power Of Attorney - lets person name someone as Agent to help control health care, and also if wanted write health care instructions. 7) Living Will - does extreme action of refusing further medical care. 8) Medical Orders for Scope of Treatment (MOST) - does extreme action of refusing further medical care like C.P.R., is short like 1 page so paramedics or similar can read it fast, and it is meant more for outside a hospital. 9) Statutory Form Power of Attorney - lets power over money, property, and more be shared during life with very trusted person like family or best friend. 10) Delegation Of Power By Parent Or Guardian - lets parent share power over child under 18 with person to let them help with caring and decisions. 11) Declaration Of Disposition Of Last Remains - lets instructions be given and if wanted person be named to control funeral and similar matters. Also provided is Helpful Information Form, an unofficial form to give family and friends after death helpful information on property, money, funeral, last wishes, tips, and more.
