Book excerpt: The splendor of God's world comes alive in this simple retelling of the biblical creation story for young children. As a master Artist, God paints the new canvas of earth and sky, beginning with the black of silent, empty space, then adding color after color with the creation of stars, oceans, land, plants, animals, and all the rest. Colors of Creation will help your child see the world all around in a new light -- as the beautiful handiwork of a loving Creator. Each color displayed is yet another reflection of his glory and another pleasure to enjoy. In the end, God's masterpiece on earth is revealed in the people he creates, who can work and play, love and pray -- and who come in every hue. Bestselling author Paul Thigpen tells the story in lively verse, with whimsical illustrations by artist John Folley that your little one will long remember.

Book You Shall Die by Your Own Evil Creation

Download or read book You Shall Die by Your Own Evil Creation written by Fletcher Hanks and published by Fantagraphics Books. This book was released on 2009-09-08 with total page 249 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Readers of the first Fletcher Hanks volume―I Shall Destroy All the Civilized Planets―were stunned by its pop surrealism and outright violent mayhem. This larger second volume, when combined with the first, comprises the complete comics work of the heretofore forgotten Golden Age visionary. Fletcher Hanks was the first great comic book auteur. That is, he wrote, penciled, inked, and lettered all of his own stories. He completed an astonishing 48 stories in three years from 1939-1941. As a one-man-cartooning-band, his work packs the wallop of a unique and unified artistic vision. He was a true comics visionary. In the earliest days of the comic book, before censorship, it was “anything goes!”―and in the tales of Fletcher Hanks, anything went!

Book The Creation of Form

Download or read book The Creation of Form written by Cathy Chapman and published by Light Technology Publishing. This book was released on 2019-08-01 with total page 235 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: We are the Golden Elohim, the creative aspect of that which you call God. Remember, you are the aspect of God who is exploring different aspects of love from the third dimension. You could say we manifest the ideas from the mind of God. The human mind is expanding and therefore able to create more than ever before. Encodements bring your ideas, the ideas you gather from the mind of God, into form. You do not create the encodements of form. Those who work with encodements do. You, however, hold in your mind’s eye, the third eye, the template of what you wish to create. Then those who work with encodements develop the energetic structure of the template you create. This is cocreation. The energy you shape has no desire of its own. Its purpose is to follow the creator’s intention. You are such young creators. You are not aware of the power of your thought and intention. You are not aware how fragile the creation of form is. When you work to create nonphysical form, the focus of your intention is crucial for creation. If the form of your creation is unclear, you cannot focus your intention. This may result in being displeased with your creation. Be clear how you want your abundance to take form. Know that you are working with the laws of this planet as well as the laws of energy. When you digress from your intention by reviewing what you don’t have rather than what you want to create, the energy you use to create disperses, just as the wind comes along and disperses your pile of leaves. True abundance comes from the heart. You do not need things to have true abundance.
