In the second part, I will rely on the security and privacy risks of data stored in cloud computing and the repercussions of the security breach and violation of author rights. In the third part I will elaborate a series of conclusions and suggestions on using cloud computing services in Romania, in order to comply with the recommendations and standards imposed by the European Commission in the context of the Europe 2020 strategy.
