Tales medios e instrumentos, se analizan con detenimiento en la presente monografía, no solo desde una perspectiva jurídica, también, mediante el conocimiento de los factores psicosociales que afectan a personas con discapacidad, así como desde el punto de vista de la medicina del trabajo que profundiza en la vertiente funcional, y en la formación en prevención de riesgos laborales. Todo ello, contribuirá a mejorar y a potenciar el acceso y la permanencia de este colectivo en el mercado laboral.--
