Book Christmas with the Littles and Wendy Dr Richards Littles 14

Download or read book Christmas with the Littles and Wendy Dr Richards Littles 14 written by Pepper North and published by . This book was released on 2017-12 with total page 158 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: A deep voice behind Wendy observed wryly, "The Littles are having a lot of fun, aren't they?"Wendy turned to discover a very handsome, older man with a large mustache was standing behind her. With a quick smile, she offered him the delicacies on her tray. "Would you care for an appetizer, sir?" The man made her nervous. Not like in a smarmy, leering way. She'd dealt with many of those types of men that thought if you were a server that you were also on the menu. No, this man made her uncomfortable for a different reason. He seemed to see into her thoughts and read her feelings of longing. She'd been on her own for a long time. This closely-knit group was enviable. They were not only having fun at the holidays, but they all seemed to care for each other. She quickly diverted her eyes afraid he would see more reflected in her eyes."The Littles always enjoy getting together. They really enjoy the holidays with the extra bonus of presents," the man said evenly. His tone didn't indicate that he was giving away any secrets but that this was a normal path of conversations. Before Wendy could stop herself, she blurted out her question, "Littles? Why do you call them Littles?" Immediately she turned bright red and apologized, "I'm sorry. It's none of my business. If you'll excuse me, I'll take this tray to the other guests. Here's my Christmas present to you! You must have all been good Little boys, girls, Mommies, or Daddies. Enjoy a holiday tale featuring many of the Littles you've met in the first thirteen stories! Then, enjoy meeting the newest Little who just introduced herself to us all! Pepper NorthSome of the characters from the first thirteen novels in this series reappear to continue their stories. You do not need to read the stories in order. All are complete stories. The books in this series will feature invasive medical treatments, including thorough examinations and enemas when required, as well as diaper changes, spankings and other punishments. If you are offended by age play (adults who choose to live as a Little or a parent of a Little), or dubious consent, this is not the book for you.

Book Sam Richards s Civil War Diary

Download or read book Sam Richards s Civil War Diary written by Samuel P. Richards and published by University of Georgia Press. This book was released on 2009 with total page 333 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This previously unpublished diary is the best-surviving firsthand account of life in Civil War-era Atlanta. Bookseller Samuel Pearce Richards (1824-1910) kept a diary for sixty-seven years. This volume excerpts the diary from October 1860, just before the presidential election of Abraham Lincoln, through August 1865, when the Richards family returned to Atlanta after being forced out by Sherman's troops and spending a period of exile in New York City. The Richardses were among the last Confederate loyalists to leave Atlanta. Sam's recollections of the Union bombardment, the evacuation of the city, the looting of his store, and the influx of Yankee forces are riveting. Sam was a Unionist until 1860, when his sentiments shifted in favor of the Confederacy. However, as he wrote in early 1862, he had "no ambition to acquire military renown and glory." Likewise, Sam chafed at financial setbacks caused by the war and at Confederate policies that seemed to limit his freedom. Such conflicted attitudes come through even as Sam writes about civic celebrations, benefit concerts, and the chaotic optimism of life in a strategically critical rebel stronghold. He also reflects with soberness on hospitals filled with wounded soldiers, the threat of epidemics, inflation, and food shortages. A man of deep faith who liked to attend churches all over town, Sam often commments on Atlanta's religious life and grounds his defense of slavery and secession in the Bible. Sam owned and rented slaves, and his diary is a window into race relations at a time when the end of slavery was no longer unthinkable. Perhaps most important, the diary conveys the tenor of Sam's family life. Both Sam and his wife, Sallie, came from families divided politically and geographically by war. They feared for their children's health and mourned for relatives wounded and killed in battle. The figures in Sam Richards's Civil War Diary emerge as real people; the intimate experience of the Civil War home front is conveyed with great power.

Making the kink world a safer place for subs is the sort of bandwagon I'd have boarded as an idealist in my early twenties, but now I'm a pragmatist in my late twenties. I prefer to focus on adopting and raising a child. But unexpected factors inevitably derail my plans. Like Drix Seger-attractive and the first genuine sadist I've encountered. If I were not in the process of renouncing my masochistic ways and becoming the normal, responsible potential father the adoption agency wants to see, Drix and I might do well together. But he has a foolish name and belongs to a cult of vampyres, and I am quitting kink. So why does Drix's infatuation with blood and biting make me so hot I can't think straight? And why, when he looks at me, does he seem to see something beyond a basket case with a stick up my ass? Can I start a new phase in my life without leaving part of myself behind? Please send help. -Miles

Book excerpt: In the aftermath of a plague which brought civilization to its knees and left most of the world’s female population sterile, breeders—the few women who remain fertile—have become a precious commodity. Breeders live in relative comfort, but upon reaching adulthood they are tasked with bearing one child after another to carry on the species. Frequent medical assessments keep the breeders healthy and harsh punishments keep them in line. As a breeder who has just come of age, Rowan knows she will soon be little more than a slave, but when she dares to resist her fate the penalty is severe. After a shameful, public chastisement and a thorough, humiliating examination to determine her suitability for child-bearing, Rowan is given to a savage from outside the community—a huge brute of a man named Silas—to be bred. Against all expectations, Rowan finds herself drawn to her new captor. Brave, ruggedly handsome, and even kind at times, Silas is everything the men who enslaved her were not. When the time comes for him to breed her, despite the circumstances something deep inside her begs for him to take her long and hard. But while she soon finds herself longing to be his forever, Rowan knows that eventually those who gave her to him will try to take her back. When that day comes will Silas fight to keep her at his side even if it means risking everything he loves? Publisher’s Note: Given to the Savage is an erotic novel that includes spankings, sexual scenes, extensive medical play, anal play, elements of BDSM, and more.
