The duties and powers of the Board of Officers collectively, and severally, the duties, rights, privileges and qualifications of mem bers and applicants for membership, the amount and manner of dues, contributions, and formalities, which it may be necessary to define or enforce, and all other matters appertaining to the govern ment and welfare of this Association, shall be more fully and clearly established by such Rules and by-laws as may be hereafter adop ted by the corporation, in general meeting convened. And we bind ourselves, our associates and successors, to con form to the provisions of the foregoing act of Incorporation in every particular, until the same shall be modified and changed according to Law.
