It describes the structure & mechanisms designed to ensure co-ordination & accountability, the design of a performance reporting framework that is intended to ensure that participant activities lead to achievement of Strategy goals, and the performance reporting process. The appendix contains tables showing activities, outputs, scope, intended outcomes, and key goals or results of individual programs under the Strategy.
