Book excerpt: I write this book aim to let readers to feel whether how artificial intelligent technology will influence future technological development to influence human life. How can artificial intelligent tools can bring positive or negative impact to influence future technological development to developing and developed countries ? The another research questions: Should robotic production of factor of technology be caused to economic development? What is future (AI) artificial intelligent products development trend and reasonable development stages? How to predict consumer behaviors to persuade who to feel (AI) products are more satisfactory to their needs? Why do consumers feel them to need to buy any (AI) products to use? Will it have other similar products to replace (AI) any products? How is the reasonable stages to achieve future (AI) development in success? What are the different development stages between developed and developing countries ? Whether (AI) robotic workers can be instead of traditional human workers in these different new markets to bring positive or negative impact to change human job nature change? In recent years, machines had been used to be human's tasks in the performance of certain tasks related to intelligence, such as aspects of image recognition. Experts also forecast that rapid progress in the field of specialized artificial intelligence will continue. Then, it also brings this question: Does (AI) exceed that of human performance on more and more tasks to replace human jobs? If it is truth, will some of human jobs to be disappeared? (AI) will be instead of human some simple jobs, then unemployment rate to the low skillful and low educated workers will be increased. Whether (AI) will be raised either production or performance or unemployment to bring human job market more advantages or more disadvantages? In my this book, I shall explain whether (AI) will bring benefits or disadvantages to human job market.

Download or read book Robots Will Bring What Advantages And Disadvantages written by John Lok and published by . This book was released on 2023-08-14 with total page 0 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: I write this book aim to let readers to feel whether how artificial intelligent technology will influence future technological development to influence human life. How can artificial intelligent tools can bring positive or negative impact to influence future technological development. In first chapter, I shall explain how (AI) influence future technology development to influence human living standard. Whether future (AI) will influence technological development to raise human living standard only in possible. Will (AI) bring negative impact to human living standard when it assist technological development ? I suppose that human living of standard will become better if future human technology will be improved from (AI) development for some industries aspects, such as education, manurfacturing, communication industries. In chapter two, I shall indicate that nowadays, artificial intelligence (AI) technology is popular to be applied to different industry aspects, such as medical, construction, transportation, hospital, education etc. Although, (AI) is a human invention new development. IN fact, it seems only beneficial to human's daily life. But, it will also have threats to influence human's safety in possible, if some scientists or self-interest mind people who aim to apply (AI) to earn more profit or apply (AI) tools to be weapon to attack other countries to achieve to dominate all human's ambitious intention. Thus, (AI) will bring negative influences to our society, instead of positive influences if we can not apply this kind of new technological tools immorally. In this chapter, I shall give my opinions to indicate what reasons will cause (AI) artificial intelligent tools to be applied to social military defense weapon by human's intention. In my this books, I hope my readers can know what will cause human's immoral behaviors to bring our societies to bring more dangerous or risks or threats if human applied (AI) technology to achieve whose immoral or ambitious intention. Finally, I hope that human ought not apply (AI) technology to do any behavioral attack to satisfy ourselves interest or dominate global world ambition to avoid (AI) technological war occurrence in the future one day. In chapter three, I shall explain how future (AI) technology can raise future computer innovation development to different industries applied. I aim to give my opinion to predict how future (AI) technology has direct relationship to assist global computer industry innovation. I shall explain why China and Taiwan will be US computer industry major competitors in the future if China succeeded to develop (AI) technology to dominate global computer industry. In chapter four, I shall research this question: Can (AI) technology change the traditional production of factor model to replace land, labor, capital, knowledge production of factors? I shall indicate a descriptive methodology of system analysis to explain whether (AI)technology is needed on economic progress or not, and whether (AI) technological innovation can raise efficiency and more productivity to all industries or not. Is (AI) the only solution for raising productivity and efficiency, who are losing out in the race is investment in all its forms, in both equipment and people? This analysis will be of interest to all those faced with economic decisions: engineers, managers, scientists and administrators as well as economists need to learn how to use (AI)technology to solve low efficiency and low productivity challenges.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: ⦁How to implement the mind of strategy skills to robotic?I shall indicate how robotic's strategic thinking process as below:Robotics need to be learnt to own managers' judgement abilities, if organizations hope robotics can make the best strategic skills . The strategic skills need robotic to learn , the skills may include: Deciding whether the consumers likely to favor a quality product, if " yes" robotic needs to learn hoe to reflect quality in marketing strategy . Otherwise, if " no", robotic needs to learn hoe to design analysis, or deciding whether the company can make uneconomic purchases, if " yes", learning how to improve purchase methods, replace suppliers, " no" learning how to improve production process control or deciding whether the work in pace too slow, if " yes", learning how to improve employee education and training: install incentive system, if " no", deciding there are many rework, if " no" there is too much down time. Are of these analysis strategy process which be any robotics need to learn in order to achieve the most effective strategy management skills to recommend themselves organizations how to solve any management challenges. For this profit analysis price flexibility case to robotic to learn example, the whole learning process to make decision may include this strategic thinking to let robotic to learn: the question may be " can the ex-factory price to raised?" It has two questions possibilities:One is " can the market price be raised? "Then it may has two possibilities:The first possibility is simple increase in the list price possible. Then robotic can make these solutions: price elastic, possibility of price rises differentiate by geographical areas, models or by distribution channels, results achieved by competitors ( possibility of " follow-the-leader" price increase. The another possibility is that it is possible to raise the price by changing the product model to more than cover the increased cost? Then it may make solutions: Basic consumer needs in each market segment, price elasticity, cost -benefit analysis. The another question may be: Can distribution margins be reduced? Then, it may have three possibilities: The first possibility may be " would integration of retail outlets enable margins to be reduced?" The solutions may include: Basic economic analysis of distribution system, analysis on economic of scale, correction between number sales outlets and market coverage. The second possibility may be " could volume be maintained if only low-margain channels were used?" Then, the solutions may include: flexibility in physical flow of goods by distribution channels, degree of motivation and sales effort exerted by different channels. The final possibility may be " could a switch to direct sales reduce distribution margin?" Then solutions may include: analysis of long -term strategic effect, analysis of short-term,, cost-benefit and possibility of maintenance of sale skills. All of above strategic analysis process, robotic must need to learn in order to achieve human's mind process to make the most reasonable decision making to help managers to solve challenges.Hence robotic ought need to be trained , such as one management consultant helps the organization's manager to recommend any useful strategic in order to make the most reasonable solution. However, robotic needs to learn how to determine the critical issue. The first stage in strategic thinking is needed to know what the critical issue in the situation for its organization. Robotic needs to learn how to make strategic thinking. In problem solving, it is at the start to formulate the question in a way that will facilitate the discovery of a solution. Hence, robotic needs to learn how to find the critical question that its organization needs to solve to avoid low efficiency or poor performance causes. Discovering the most influential problem will be robotic duty.

Book excerpt: Prepare This book divides two part, first part discuss how AI can change market development to be better as well as second part discuss how Ai improves economic recession. Can apply robotics to bring advantages to change organizational structure in order to improve market development to be better in the future ? Different kinds of business organizations will encounter different kinds of challenges, e.g. cost increasing, staff shortage, reducing customers number or sale etc. challanges. So, when the organization can judge whether which aspects of weaknesses it is experiencing as well as it can know why and how to attempt to implement the most suitable or the best strategy to solve its challenge when it is facing. Then, the organization will have possible to continue to existen. Otherwise, if the organization can not find whether which aspects are its difficuties, it is facing. Then, it can not implement the most suitable strategy to solve its challenges. Then, it will be closed down in possible. In my this book, I shall attempt to indicate some organizational cases and find whether what weakness or difficulties it is facing. Then, I shall recommend the best strategy to attempt to help it to solve the kind of challenge, it is encountering. Any have interesting to learn business strategy students, they can learn new strategic knowledge to help these organizations to solve their challenges. Nowadays, robotic had been applies to different aspect to bring benefits to satisfy humans needs, they may include any hospitals' surgeon rooms medical surgeon equipment aspect, hotel room food delivery or hotel front line customer service aspect, shopping center, leisure places cleaning task aspect, student educational service aspect, warehouse logistic goods transport delivery tasks aspect, even general restaurants kitchen cooking tasks aspect, lawyer and accountant firms general bookkeeping, law writing draft clerical tasks aspects etc. Can robotic invention help employers to improve efficiencies or raise productivities in order to raise economic growth or it can be replaced low-skillful workers to cause any low-skillful jobs are done by artificial robots to achieve many low skillful workers will lose jobs and unemployment ratio will be influenced to raise in our societies? I write this first part aims to discuss whether future robotic invention may help our societies improve economic growth or it can bring recession. This book includes two parts to discuss, this part indicates what reasons to explain why robotics may influence our societies economic growth as well as second part indicates what reasons to explain why robotics may bring our social recession both in possible. Readers can make individual analysis to judge whether robotics can influence our social economic growth or it may bring recession more. This book second part aims to explain why and how future artificial intelligent technology ( big data gathering method) can be applied to assit businesses to predict why and when and how consumer behavior changes in service industry. I shall explain why traditional psychological and statistic and marketing methods are applied to predict consumer behaviors, human's judgement and analytical effort will be worse to compare AI machine's judgement and analytical effort in srvice industry. Also, I shall indicate different business organizations why they apply AI big data gathering method to help them to design any questionnaires ( surveys) questions which will be more valid and useful to conclude human's questionnaires ( surveys) design questions method to predict what service requirements can be satisfied to their potential service consumers' needs. Can apply (AI) learning machine predict what and how consumers service to satisfy their needs ? Can (AI) learning machine replace human marketing research method, e.g. survey or human psychological and micro and macro economic methods to predict consumers service needs more accurate? In

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Ai is slowly but surely taking over our human society. Here are some things you need to know about how it is impacting our world: 1. Ai is increasingly being used to make decisions for us. From what we wear, to what we eat, to how we spend our free time, AI is increasingly being used to make decisions for us. And as AI gets better at understanding and predicting our preferences, the decisions it makes for us will only get better too. 2. Ai is changing the way we work. From retail to manufacturing to medicine, AI is changing the way we work. It is automating tasks that humans have traditionally done, and this is leading to both job losses and job gains. As AI continues to evolve, the jobs it will impact will only continue to change too. 3. Ai is changing the way we interact with each other. From social media to online dating to virtual assistants, AI is changing the way we interact with each other. And as AI gets better at understanding and responding to human emotions, these interactions will only become more and more natural. 4. Ai is changing the way we learn. From online courses to adaptive learning software, AI is changing 1. In recent years, artificial intelligence (Ai) has made tremendous strides in its ability to process and analyze data. This has led to Ai becoming increasingly involved in various aspects of our society, from finance and healthcare to transportation and manufacturing. 2. While Ai holds great promise for improving our lives and making our society more efficient, there are also some risks associated with its increasing presence. One major concern is that Ai could eventually lead to the replacement of human workers in a wide range of industries. 3. Another concern is that as Ai gets better at understanding and manipulating data, it could be used to manipulate people as well. For example, Ai could be used to create targeted ads and content that is designed to influence people's opinions and behavior. 4. Despite these concerns, Ai is likely to continue to play an increasingly important role in our society. It is important to be aware of the potential risks and benefits of Ai so that we can make sure that its development is managed in a way that maximizes its benefits and minimizes its risks. There is no doubt that artificial intelligence (Ai) is rapidly evolving and growing more sophisticated every day. With this progress comes both great opportunity and great risk. As Ai increasingly takes on more complex tasks and responsibilities, there is a growing concern that it could eventually supersede humans altogether and take over our society. So what exactly would happen if robots did take over our society? Here are some things you need to know: 1. They would be able to do everything better than us. Ai is capable of carrying out tasks more efficiently and effectively than humans. This is because they can process large amounts of data very quickly and make calculations with great accuracy. They would also be able to work around the clock without getting tired. 2. They would make all the decisions. Since robots would be able to think and process information more quickly and accurately than humans, they would ultimately be responsible for making all the decisions in our society. This would include everything from deciding what products to manufacture to how to allocate resources. 3. They would control the economy. Since robots would be in charge of production, they would also have a large say in how the economy functions. They would be able to manipulate

Book The Difference Between Traditional Machine and Robot To

Download or read book The Difference Between Traditional Machine and Robot To written by Johnny Ch LOK and published by . This book was released on 2021-07-05 with total page 775 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Some researchers constructed a measure of the use of robots--commonly referred to as "robot intensity"--to estimate trends in robot exposure across more than 250 metropolitan areas and over time, finding that: During the Great Recession, robot intensity plummeted. But since 2009, robot intensity has sharply increased nationwide. They felt that robots may influence recession in possible. How are robots going to affect our jobs? Most analysis tends to be prospective in nature, and estimates of future impacts on employment vary widely, with some studies predicting that as many as 50 percent of all workers are at risk of losing their jobs to automation. Even less is understood about the actual impacts of robots on jobs, wages, and workers today. If there are many low skillful jobs e.g. cleaner, warehouse deliver, cooker, restaurant waiter etc., even high skillful jobs, e.g. accountant, lawyer, doctors etc. occupations are replaced by robotics. Then, our societies will increase unemployed people number. Consequently, great recession will be caused by robotic workers because when our societies have many people lose jobs, then many people loss income, then our consumption desires may be influenced to reduce. Consequently, many businesses may lose many customers. Low consumption desires may bring serious recession to any countries, due to robotic workers number increases to replace human workers in global societies. The reason is that new technologies of the period have enabled people to be very productive while working part-time. Businesses do not need large numbers of employees, so individuals can devote most of their waking hours to hobbies, volunteering, and community service. In conjunction with periodic work stints, they have time to pursue new skills and personal identities that are independent of their jobs. Developed countries may be on the verge of a similar transition. Robotics and machine learning have improved productivity and enhanced the economies of many nations. Artificial intelligence (AI) has advanced into finance, transportation, defense, and energy management. The internet of things (IoT) is facilitated by high-speed networks and remote sensors to connect people and businesses. In all of this, there is a possibility of a new robotic society that could improve the lives of many people, but it also encourage future businesses apply robotics to replace human workers to do many jobs in finance, transportation, defense and energy management, medical health, hotel, tourism, cinema, theatre etc. entertainment service fields. So, robotics may bring reducing cost benefits to businessmen, but they can also increase workers losing jobs number in our societies if future many businesses make decision to apply robotics to replace human workers to do any simple ot complex jobs in global job market. A McKinsey Global Institute analysis of 750 jobs concluded that "45% of paid activities could be automated using 'currently demonstrated technologies' and . . . 60% of occupations could have 30% or more of their processes automated."[6] A more recent McKinsey report, "Jobs Lost, Jobs Gained," found that 30 percent of "work activities" could be automated by 2030 and up to 375 million workers worldwide could be affected by emerging technologies. Researchers at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) focused on "tasks" as opposed to "jobs" and found fewer job losses. Using task-related data from 32 OECD countries, they estimated that 14 percent of jobs are highly automatable and another 32 have a significant risk of automation. Although their job loss estimates are below those of other experts, they concluded that "low qualified workers are likely to bear the brunt of the adjustment costs as the automatibility of their jobs is higher compared to highly qualified workers."

Book Designing Sociable Robots

Download or read book Designing Sociable Robots written by Cynthia Breazeal and published by MIT Press. This book was released on 2004-08-20 with total page 300 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Cynthia Breazeal here presents her vision of the sociable robot of the future, a synthetic creature and not merely a sophisticated tool. A sociable robot will be able to understand us, to communicate and interact with us, to learn from us and grow with us. It will be socially intelligent in a humanlike way. Eventually sociable robots will assist us in our daily lives, as collaborators and companions. Because the most successful sociable robots will share our social characteristics, the effort to make sociable robots is also a means for exploring human social intelligence and even what it means to be human. Breazeal defines the key components of social intelligence for these machines and offers a framework and set of design issues for their realization. Much of the book focuses on a nascent sociable robot she designed named Kismet. Breazeal offers a concrete implementation for Kismet, incorporating insights from the scientific study of animals and people, as well as from artistic disciplines such as classical animation. This blending of science, engineering, and art creates a lifelike quality that encourages people to treat Kismet as a social creature rather than just a machine. The book includes a CD-ROM that shows Kismet in action.

Book The Robot Revolution

Download or read book The Robot Revolution written by The late John Hudson and published by Edward Elgar Publishing. This book was released on 2019 with total page 230 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In the coming decades robots and artificial intelligence will fundamentally change our world. In doing so they offer the hope of a golden future, but there are dangers. This book looks at both the history of robots, in science and in fiction, as well as the science behind robots. Specific chapters analyse the impact of robots on the labour market, people’s attitudes to robots, the impact of robots on society, and the appropriate policies to pursue to prepare our world for the robot revolution. Overall the book strikes a cautionary tone. Robots will change our world dramatically and they will also change human beings. These important issues are examined from the perspective of an economist, but the book is intended to appeal to a wider audience in the social sciences and beyond.

Book excerpt: How does (AI) bring micro and macro economy benefits to our future society, when it is continued to develop? Predicting AI future 10 years three stage. In the first (AI) stage, it concerns to be given my opinions to explain how artificial intelligent technology will impact our life and will influence economic development in the future as well as how to influence human job market change. In (AI) labor market stage, I shall indicate how artificial intelligence technology influences future macro global economy change. In part two, explaining how (AI) can be applied to predict travellers' entertainment choice behaviors. In third part aims to let readers to analyse whether future (AI) artificial intelligent machine can assist humans to learn how to reduce food waste or food loss to consumers' food habits or manufacturers' manufacturing processed in order to avoid the actual food or energy shortage challenges are caused from human's food or energy consumption negligent behaviours. Consequently, I hope my readers can make judgement whether future (AI) artificial intelligence can help human to reduce or avoid environmental pollution or food/ energy waste challenges to cause social cost to be raised to influence human future living quality to be poor.

Book Robot Brings Social Benefits

Download or read book Robot Brings Social Benefits written by Johnny Ch Lok and published by . This book was released on 2019-11-21 with total page 156 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: I believe new technologies have the potential to solve global macro economic development challenges from micro economic ( every country technological firms cooperation development) method. The reason as below: (1)Recent advances in information and communications technology new innovations in methods of manufacturing and fresh ways of exploiting energy could bring significant growth benefits for the world global economic technological development from different countries themselves technological firms research new ( undiscovered) technological products development to influence future human life, water energy, solar energy, nuclear energy, vehicle battery energy new energy development technology. It aims to avoid global energy shortage challenge occurrence and new artificial intelligent cities development, it aims to let human feel to live in high technological development, artificial intelligent cities can let human to live more comfortable and more convenient in global cities from artificial intelligent assistance. For another example, some of the new technologies allow companies earn higher quality of physical capital at lower prices. Enhanced energy storage, shale gas and oil techniques, and innovations in renewable energy are helping to drive down the price of energy relative to the trend that would have unfolded in their absence. In all cases, new energy development, these technologies have the potential to raise productivity growth sectors and countries, allowing faster, new energy supply growth and lower inflation, when human have different kind of energy to choose to use. For another example, mobile communications technology can make the world economy more efficient and may also lead to significant dislocation. Mobile communications technology has the potential to bring 2 to 3 billion people into the world economy development. Additive manufacturing as 3 D printing, could remove up to 90% of the waste from some manufacturing processes. At the same time, advanced robots which can work as little as USD$4 per hour, may eventually display existing employment in manufacturing. So, on micro economic view point, technology will be one kind production of factor to global future manufacturing firms. Mckinsey Global Institute finds that our trend global growth could be 0.5 to 0.7 percentage points higher in 2025s than in the absence of technological change, it implies productivity gains comparable to apply only personal computer and internet revolutions of the 1990s.(2)What is future these new technology? A new technology ought change the way the world economy operates in micro economic view point. A new technological change can shift the global economy's production function simply put, better technology allows the economy to produce more products and services at low prices. (production of factor). For example, potential efficiency gains include the widespread diffusion of mobile devices, easing access to the internet, artificial intelligence machine learning and voice recognition as well as the " internet of things", big of data gathering method to be applied to manage supply chains better in any factories ( production of factor).

Download or read book Robot Invention Brings Positive Or Negative Impacts to Our Societies written by Johnny Ch LOK and published by . This book was released on 2018-11-23 with total page 53 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Although, some arguments indicate that automation will influence the low skillful workers, who will lose their jobs, due to automation replaces them. But, on employer's beneficial hand, the volume of demands won't have been reachable without robotic work force. Having a big various order of products lead automatically to automation, but literally speaking, using only human work force. The quantity and the quality can't be achieved. It is a constantly need of improvement, even in the robotic production. In fact, robotic systems can achieve performances by conventional production processes. They affect quality, production time, and general safety. A robot will never be late to work, don't require lunch breaks, or sickness leaves. For example, for companies that produce products in large scale the orders have to meet a certain deadline. This can be achieved by robots working 24/24 hours compared to employees. The other robotic benefits include: using robots in manipulation and other field of industry where these machines are able to do the hard tasks, human can't one move easily to use and more cheaper in compare with humans. From the position of an investor, buying a robotic technology will have some cost with implementing the technology and make it work. The robot can work 24 hours/ 24 hours, 7 days with no salary paid and an increased speed in manipulation. Furthermore, the quality produced by the robots is constantly better in companison to the one produces by the employee, which can vary.Anyway, robots won't effect the human worker's in any way because they need the robots to make precise and fast procedures which can not be done by a simple worker, e.g. activities that are really dangerous to perform, for instance, dust cleaning, fix oil spills, analysis of hazardous environments or extremely dangerous polluted environments, space exploration or risky drilling operations that can be done well in possible. The negative impact of robots influences to our societies, it includes these aspects:Firstly, on social expenditure aspect, what if some of the often testing activities are needed to carry out by humans could be done by machines powered by artificial intelligence? Would that reduce the long-term testing costs? Would it increase the speed of testing? Would that be a clever strategy to adopt? Because (AI) needs to be tested often to ensure that users can rely on the decisions taken by (AI). If (AI) (robot) does wrong decision, it will influence inefficient productivities to manufacturers or non-manual driven auto vehicles will make wrong direction judgement to drive dangerous on roads. The, testing is one impact influence to manufacturers, when they need to spend too much money to test many times , its judgement can be made more accurate to help or assist human to do any tasks or activities. it need social money contribution to support to achieve any robots invention successfully.Secondly, on global labor market negative impact aspect, (AI) will have a fundamental impact on the global labor market in the coming years. A machine is powered by artificial intelligence can work reliably, 24/7 hours and it can not be distracted by other external circumstances. So, everyone involved in IT projects will either have come across (AI) already. Testing , (AI) and when using (AI) for testing demands, additional skills. It needs (AI) testers need to do all testing tasks. Rather, testing must be a team effort. Thus, in (AI) testers labor market, it will increase demand this kind od (AI) testers ( engineers) occupation needs. Such as business analysts, data scientists, programmers, operations and maintenance people and end users.

Book excerpt: Nowadays, robotic had been applies to different aspect humans, they may include any hospitals' surgeon rooms medical surgeon equipment aspect, hotel room food delivery or hotel front line customer service aspect, shopping center, leisure places cleaning task aspect, student educational service aspect, warehouse logistic goods transport delivery tasks aspect, even general restaurants kitchen cooking tasks aspect, lawyer and accountant firms general bookkeeping, law writing draft clerical tasks aspects etc. I write this book aims to discuss whether future robotic invention may help our societies improve economic growth or it can bring recession.
