An adult need to have an enclosure that is as a minimum 6 ft long, 3 toes wide and four ft tall. A massive water region needs to be furnished for those lizards in addition to a land region and lots of vertical area with climbing opportunities. These large lizards may tear up a few stay plant lives; however robust live flora may be used to add a naturalistic look, boom humidity and provide cover. Artificial flora can also be used to provide cover and a naturalistic appearance to the enclosure. Plenty of strong mountain climbing branches need to be furnished around and in particular over the water area. Large cork branches or Mopani Wood can be placed partially in the water to create basking areas. Be positive that branches are steady as these lizards like to climb and dig and they will knock over unsecured cage decorations.
