This report summarizes key learnings from 41 projects in the Fund's integrated service delivery (ISD) theme area. Introductory sections set the context for the projects (including a vision for ISD & ongoing ISD initiatives in Canada) and provide an overview of the Fund's ISD studies. The report then discusses significant & relevant findings of projects that examined clinical integration, information management & technology, and vertical integration in communities. Finally, implications of the findings for policy & practice are discussed. The appendix summarizes information on the Fund projects relevant to ISD.
