This book is not for people who are happy with the status quo and don't mind being ripped off by their agent. And it's not for people who are content to stay in the dark about what's happening in the real estate industry. This book applies to any market conditions. It doesn't matter whether prices are going up or down or if demand is weak or strong. The advice I give will always be beneficial to home buyers and sellers. I hope this book successfully helps more people realize the American dream of home ownership. I also want to help honest and ethical agents be more successful and lift the real estate industry to a higher level of service. I aim to educate agents so they can provide excellent service to their clients.
