The project proposes to offer property management services on behalf of members of the Diaspora on the one hand. And, on the other hand, local people who don't have the time or the means to pay a professional real estate broker. The market for intermediation in real estate asset management is marked by legal risk and investment losses, but also by a great need for regularity, which is why we want to position ourselves as a facilitator for our target clientele, which is essentially made up of nationals from the Diaspora and wealthy middle-class local individuals with property to manage. Compared to the market, it has the advantage of being results-oriented, which enables us to grasp the need for reliable players with integrity. The business model aims to offer services ranging from rent collection, caretaking and housekeeping to site enhancement and development, using multi-skilled staff to guarantee the customer a facilitated property management experience. Sales will be facilitated by a marketing strategy emphasizing price flexibility for fair pricing according to risk.

The positioning has progressively evolved in a cumulative way towards the accompaniment of ethnic entrepreneurs with the composition of the Political Economy Doctrine of the Ka Method in 2012 for the Diaspora in the West, then towards international development through the empowerment of informal entrepreneurs culminating in 2018 in a Schism of our Consulting Firm and Think Tank with the arbitrary policies of diverse capacity building and the application of a model of feminism contrary to the traditional and mystical local values (Matriarchy) in exchange for a privileged and pressing access to the resources of the Southern Countries. In 2020, the civil rights of the economic actors and community leaders of our target populations (Perfora: Ritual Islamologue and Ancestrologue People; Diaspora: Virtual Allophone People; Fraternia: South America, Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia) are threatened by Stress (Panic Danger), Manipulation (Digital Debt) and Doubt (Genetic Data) with a new type of Great Anxiety on Health opening the way to the virtualization of the World Finance So we have chosen to launch ourselves with the weapons, souls and masks at our disposal to work towards the manifestation of our Vision of the Market Economy: "To make the Informal economy a Quality alternative to the Liberal System for the advent of the Economy in Religion and Ecology in Spirituality by putting Man back at the Heart with individual Philosophies around a Faith of Simplicity, all for the Socio-Economic Sovereignty of the Homes of the South, the West and their Sympathizers". The executive summary at the front summarizes the key trends of Nigeria’s urbanization and sets out a framework to structure core urban challenges in view of underlying causes. Detailed analyses follow in the subsequent four chapters. In Chapter 1, the dynamics of Nigeria’s urbanization process are presented, with particular attention to the country’s rapid urban population growth, the very large-scale urban expansion, and the stubborn persistence of high levels of urban poverty, inequality and regional disparity.
