Book No Try Only Do

Download or read book No Try Only Do written by Andy Bailey and published by . This book was released on 2017-06-02 with total page 274 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Business is hard--but it doesn't have to be. You have realized that your business needs change--that's the first step. Andy Bailey knows entrepreneurs. Now the Founder of Petra Coach, Andy started his career as an entrepreneur himself, founding NationLink Wireless while still in college and growing it into an Inc. 500 corporation. After burning the candle at both ends for years, however, Andy realized that he was working "for" his job, not "on" his business. He began searching for ways to achieve his ultimate entrepreneurial dream and began implementing a specific methodology, based on the Rockefeller Habits. After years of strategic plans, systematized procedures and goal-setting, Andy successfully sold and exited NationLink in 2011. With the next chapter on the horizon, he realized that all of the lessons he learned and the business habits he had adopted to further his own career could be taught to organizations, entrepreneurs and business leaders to improve accountability, camaraderie, culture and results. Fast forward to the present day, and Andy now has logged more than 10,000 hours coaching CEOs, executives and leaders across the globe on these principles. No Try, Only Do is about how to avoid "the weak option," why entrepreneurs often fall back on it, and the lessons Andy learned via his own bloody experiences over the years. If you're a business owner or entrepreneur, there's no room for "try" in your vocabulary.

Book The Baileys of Bailey Hill

Download or read book The Baileys of Bailey Hill written by Pat Edwards and published by . This book was released on 2020-09 with total page pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Arriving in the late 1840s and through the 1850s, the members of the Bailey family were early pioneers to Benton and Lane Counties in Oregon and, although their major connection was not with the Lorane area, they had a strong presence in the Siuslaw Valley and other parts of Lane County, Oregon as well. Bailey Hill, the area where several family members settled that eventually took on their name, lies southwest of what was then Eugene City. In the 1850s, it was described as being 5 or 6 miles from Eugene City. Today, there really is a Bailey "Hill," and there used to be a Bailey Hill School District #7. The Bailey Hill Elementary School building still stands today on the corner of Bailey Hill Road and Four Oaks Grange Road, but it is no longer used as a school. The land it sits on was donated by Bailey family members and is still owned by the Eugene School District #4. It's very possible that the adjoining property where Churchill High School is located was part of their property, too, although it came much later. Several of the Bailey family members came through Oregon on their way to the gold fields of California. The gold that one brother found in turn helped to finance the family's movement across the plains from Missouri. According to Harry Bailey's obituary, published on November 6, 1929, when his grandfather, John Bailey, Jr., arrived in Lane County, "the Skinner cabin was the only building here." Several brothers volunteered to serve in the Rogue River Indian Wars that took place in Jackson, Josephine and Douglas Counties to our south from 1855-1856. In the aftermath of the war, in skirmishes with the tribes, two of the brothers lost their lives and one was wounded in separate incidents.

Download or read book BAILEY S BUILDING BLOCK WORDS written by MD Facs Joseph a Bailey II and published by . This book was released on 2019-12-12 with total page 592 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Real Self People are instilled with Spiritual Elements (e.g. Unconditional Love) pre-Earthly birth + with their Unconscious Minds yoked to God's Mind. As newborns, they possess the Selfhood Synthesis Duality Coin of their Higher (Divinity) Self being partnered to a purified Lower (Animalistic) Self. Both assist as "Force Multipliers" in making Foundational building blocks for Right Life Thinking/Living out of ingredients produced by the God/Human yoking. Because each building block contains God's Substance-any part of a block is a Sample, called an Attribute--a Spiritual Essence. By containing God's intelligent active Spirit, each Attribute is a Force above humans' comprehension. Each serves as a Standard for humans to compare against what is thought, felt, said, or done. Every Essence has Essentials called Character, Traits, Features, and Characteristics-none able to be separated into simpler parts-all remain Unity interconnected throughout evolution. Attributes can be arranged/rearranged, combined/re-combined to fashion ways for handling life's worst problems within African Tradition's Subjective/Objective Science context processes. The orchestrating "tools" are ones Pre-Birth Emotions/Intellect. Resultant products contribute to any Spiritual, Spiritual/Metaphysical, Spiritual/Metaphysical/Physical Creation, Invention, Discovery, or Innovation required. Those products are applied to forming Human Ideals-first, for Creating, Enhancing, and Maintaining Harmony; second, for assisting in Reducing, Preventing, and/or Defending against Disharmony. By remaining in the flow of Cosmic Laws, one makes "ME/WE" gifts for all needed by ones Self and the "WE," including the yet unborn. One uses them to design Right Life Thinking/Living stepping stones to Uplift "ME/WE" family patterns + lead to "ME/WE" Thriving and Well-Being.
