However a grown up can mend his/her personality and polish his/her behavioral pattern if he/she makes earnest attempts for the same. Impression of a person will circulate fast in the society. If one gives a good impression of his/her personality, his/her name and fame will circulate fast everywhere. So in this book I have tried to deal with some of the important aspects that would help us in every walk of our life. It would be useful to young and old alike as I have tried to deal with some of the important stages of life that we all go through. There are twenty nine chapters in this book and each chapter is dealt with simplicity and clarity which would help the readers to understand the whole book without any strain.

What’s wrong with this picture? Why have so many workers benefited so little from decades of growth? The Work of the Future shows that technology is neither the problem nor the solution. We can build better jobs if we create institutions that leverage technological innovation and also support workers though long cycles of technological transformation. Building on findings from the multiyear MIT Task Force on the Work of the Future, the book argues that we must foster institutional innovations that complement technological change. Skills programs that emphasize work-based and hybrid learning (in person and online), for example, empower workers to become and remain productive in a continuously evolving workplace.
