Ancestors include Dr. Wilson Brown (1787-1829) and Elizabeth Lee Brown (1796-1860), John Brown (born before 1760), Benjamin Brown II (born ca. 1730-1781), and Benjamin Brown I (d. 1762). Benjamin and Catherine's ancestors lived in South Carolina, Virginia, England, Sweden and elsewhere.
