Book excerpt: The man was determined to see what happened and he climbed and climbed the mountain while in distance he was hearing the sound of scared animals even the monsters were scared and crying. But he did not let this stop him and he pushed forward and forward until he reached the pick of the Mountain; there he saw something that he had never seen before it was a blue but bright light that was eating the vegetation even the stones seem to cry, a bluish light. He approached a big blue and broken object it seemed to be a stone, he tried to touch it but it was too hot; he could not understand what he was seeing; he approached the liquid and the liquid itself was hot and hurt his hand as he was approaching the blue stone that was in front of him it seem to create a heat around him and it was sending more and more heat. He felt extremely tired and decided to sleep next to the big and broken rock that was next to him, it was beautiful, it was blue it seemed to affect everything in its path and yet it was warm, it seemed like safety, it seemed like home, so he closed his eyes and started to dream. In his dream he saw for the first time in his life images that were not familiar to him that were coming like a movie inside his head something that he had never experienced before; he was not controlling this, he was like a spectator and another person was the narrator.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In the 25 years since the first edition of Comprehensive Gynecology, many scientific advances have occurred in medical practice. The first four editions were largely the work of the original four editors: Drs. William Droegemueller, Arthur L. Herbst, Daniel R. Mishell, Jr., and Morton A. Stenchever...With the staggering volume of medical literature published and the complexities of the gynecologic subspecialties, we have collaborated with additional experts for the sixth edition. We've "examined disease" and added a new chapter on the interaction of medical diseases and female physiology. We've "investigated discord" with new authors to completely rewrite the emotional and psychological issues in gynecology and the legal issues for obstetrician-gynecologists. Other chapters have delved into the controversies in breast cancer screening, vitamin D use, the ongoing debates in hormone therapy, and vaginal mesh use for pelvic organ prolapse surgery. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Before the readers of this book are 25 interviews with renowned poets from all over the world, of all generations. The book Modern Talks on Poetry was created as a result of my journalistic work in the period from 2019 to 2022. What particularly inspired me to publish this book is the idea that poetry played a very significant role during the pandemic, primarily in a psychological sense, because many people turned to writing poetry during the lockdown, as a kind of creative therapy. With this book, I would like to pay tribute to poetry as a unique form of artistic and linguistic expression and to all the poets of this world.
