Commandant (CG-3PCX-2) is responsible for the content and upkeep of this Manual. Questions or concerns about the material contained in this Manual should be addressed to Commandant (CG-3PCX) at (202) 372-1271. 6. ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECT AND IMPACT CONSIDERATIONS.
