Parce qu’il est plus simple de travailler sur un unique transfert (la boucle ouverte) plutôt que sur une multitude de transferts bouclés, cette approche s’avère particulièrement adaptée au contexte industriel. Cet ouvrage se concentre sur la déclinaison des spécifications de haut niveau vers une spécification de type loop-shaping, puis sur les techniques permettant d’intégrer pleinement cette démarche pour le calcul de correcteurs robustes et performants, en particulier par la synthèse H?. Modelage de la boucle ouverte escomptée, la synthèse H? par loop-shaping permet par ailleurs de stabiliser toute une boule de modèles grâce à la notion de gap métrique, ce qui s’avère particulièrement intéressant pour la prise en compte de contraintes industrielles. La volonté accrue de réaliser des asservissements à moindre coût et de plus en plus performants mène à l’optimisation de cette technique, la rendant indispensable à son domaine.

Book excerpt: Pour représenter au mieux le fonctionnement dynamique d'un processus, une approche globale basée sur de multiples modèles LTI (linéaires ou affines) autour de différents points de fonctionnement est utilisée. Cette approche multimodèle est une représentation polytopique convexe pouvant être obtenue, soit directement à partir d'un modèle mathématique non linéaire, soit par transformation mathématique, soit par linéarisation autour de différents points de fonctionnement. Basé essentiellement sur la deuxième méthode de Lyapunov et la formulation LMI, Multimodèles en automatique se concentre sur l'analyse de la stabilité et la synthèse de correcteurs/observateurs. Le cas des multimodèles incertains avec des entrées inconnues est étudié et les fonctions de Lyapunov quadratiques et non quadratiques sont également considérées. Afin de réduire le pessimisme de la méthode quadratique, l'étude de stabilité des multimodèles est réalisée en considérant des fonctions de Lyapunov non quadratiques.

Notre première approche consiste à réaliser une commande vectorielle par orientation du flux rotorique utilisant des termes de compensations afin de découpler et linéariser les transferts tensions/courants. La pulsation statorique est, quant à elle, calculée par autopilotage à l'aide de la pulsation mécanique et de la pulsation de glissement déduit des équations du moteur asynchrone. La robustesse des boucles de régulations de courants est assurée par des correcteurs HÆ mono-entrée mono-sortie utilisant une méthode simple et efficace de conception. La commande a été améliorée par l'utilisation d'un observateur de Kalman réduit à état retardé, étendu à deux paramètres de la machine. Notre seconde approche réalise la suppression des termes de compensations et de l'autopilotage. Après une analyse modale mettant en évidence les couplages, nous avons réalisé la synthèse d'un correcteur dynamique multi-entrées multi-sorties, de façon à réguler les flux et le couple. La robustesse est assurée par placement de structure propre lors de la synthèse du correcteur modale (découplage, minimisation des variations). Enfin, chaque méthode mise au point a été validée sur un banc d'essai composé d'un moteur 5.5Kw et d'un onduleur 10Kw.
