Solo así se puede construir una red interna de participación donde primen la colaboración y la confianza, que son, junto con la justicia organizacional, requisitos básicos para desarrollar el aprendizaje organizacional. Este libro es una invitación a soñar que una nueva gestión educacional es posible si sustentamos esos sueños en la deconstrucción de nuestras creencias y anquilosados modelos mentales e implementamos nuevas prácticas que nos permitan hacer los cambios que la sociedad demanda de nuestras organizaciones educativas.
