Resalta la precisión con la que es tratado el ámbito y supuestos del llamado daño no patrimonial, que resultará de suma utilidad a la dogmática jurídica y a los profesionales del Derecho. La bibliografía seleccionada es exhaustiva y muy completa, tanto en Derecho español como en Derecho comparado.
