An extensive cover-up thwarts her efforts to report the crime, shaking her trust in the authorities. Only her older brother, Devin, believes her account. Devin hopes to leave behind his violent past and find peace in a marriage to the woman he loves. That hope shatters when he discovers a shocking secret that causes him to be framed for murder. With little more than a cocky attitude, Jane leaves everything she knows to flee with Devin, racing through the most lawless corners of the galaxy as she searches for Adam and proof of her brother’s innocence. Her journey uncovers truths about both of them, leading her to wonder just how much she doesn’t know about the people she loves.

Book Grey Aliens and Artificial Intelligence

Download or read book Grey Aliens and Artificial Intelligence written by Nigel Kerner and published by Simon and Schuster. This book was released on 2022-10-18 with total page 628 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: • Explains how the Greys are bio-machines, synthetic beings sent out to gather information about human souls and natural consciousness • Shows how our consciousness has been hacked by the Greys to filter our perceptions to be in line with their agenda to steal our souls • Reveals how you can protect your soul field and your consciousness from the Greys’ terrible manipulations Humanity’s biggest existential threat is our headlong rush to a technologically advanced future. Already we increasingly rely on smart devices to the point that they are becoming extensions of our bodies. We are at a turning point for our species in which our natural humanity is gradually being converted into an artificial format that will lead to the loss of our souls. And, as Nigel Kerner reveals in astonishing detail, the blueprints for this future already exist. Kerner explains how there are civilizations in our universe that have developed advanced technologies to become entirely artificial. The Grey alien entities, reported in tens of thousands of abductions, appear to be biomachines, synthetic beings sent out as AI probes to gather information about something they lack that humans and other natural beings possess: a soul. Examining scientific, historical, cultural, and religious evidence for Grey alien visitations as far back as 40,000 years ago, the author reveals that the Greys themselves set us on this path toward artificial intelligence millennia ago. Kerner shows how our intrinsic nature as human beings is no longer entirely human: our natural consciousness and DNA have been hacked, and an artificial construct has been superimposed at the very foundation of our thinking processes. The author shows how our rush toward a technologically advanced, artificially intelligent future was seeded and precipitated by the Greys in order to control us and prepare us to fit in with their agenda for humanity. Revealing the secret alien hives on our planet, their connections to governments, and their ultimate endgame to harvest our souls and alter our DNA, Kerner also shows how, by developing yourself on a soul level, by recognizing your individual connection to divinity, you can protect your soul field and your consciousness from the Greys’ terrible manipulations.

Book Artificial Intelligence and Data Mining Approaches in Security Frameworks

Download or read book Artificial Intelligence and Data Mining Approaches in Security Frameworks written by Neeraj Bhargava and published by John Wiley & Sons. Book excerpt: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DATA MINING IN SECURITY FRAMEWORKS Written and edited by a team of experts in the field, this outstanding new volume offers solutions to the problems of security, outlining the concepts behind allowing computers to learn from experience and understand the world in terms of a hierarchy of concepts, with each concept defined through its relation to simpler concepts. Artificial intelligence (AI) and data mining is the fastest growing field in computer science. AI and data mining algorithms and techniques are found to be useful in different areas like pattern recognition, automatic threat detection, automatic problem solving, visual recognition, fraud detection, detecting developmental delay in children, and many other applications. However, applying AI and data mining techniques or algorithms successfully in these areas needs a concerted effort, fostering integrative research between experts ranging from diverse disciplines from data science to artificial intelligence. Successful application of security frameworks to enable meaningful, cost effective, personalized security service is a primary aim of engineers and researchers today. However realizing this goal requires effective understanding, application and amalgamation of AI and data mining and several other computing technologies to deploy such a system in an effective manner. This book provides state of the art approaches of artificial intelligence and data mining in these areas. It includes areas of detection, prediction, as well as future framework identification, development, building service systems and analytical aspects. In all these topics, applications of AI and data mining, such as artificial neural networks, fuzzy logic, genetic algorithm and hybrid mechanisms, are explained and explored. This book is aimed at the modeling and performance prediction of efficient security framework systems, bringing to light a new dimension in the theory and practice. This groundbreaking new volume presents these topics and trends, bridging the research gap on AI and data mining to enable wide-scale implementation. Whether for the veteran engineer or the student, this is a must-have for any library. This groundbreaking new volume: Clarifies the understanding of certain key mechanisms of technology helpful in the use of artificial intelligence and data mining in security frameworks Covers practical approaches to the problems engineers face in working in this field, focusing on the applications used every day Contains numerous examples, offering critical solutions to engineers and scientists Presents these new applications of AI and data mining that are of prime importance to human civilization as a whole

Book Artificial Darkness

    Book Details:
  • Author : Noam M. Elcott
  • Publisher : University of Chicago Press
  • Release : 2016-05-30
  • ISBN : 022632897X
  • Pages : 319 pages

Download or read book Artificial Darkness written by Noam M. Elcott and published by University of Chicago Press. This book was released on 2016-05-30 with total page 319 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This ambitious study explores how important darkness--artificial darkness--was, as an actual technology, in producing not just photographs but visual novelties and experiments in cinema in the nineteenth century. The study plays out against a backdrop of urban history, where most scholars have focused on the growth of artificial light and the electrification of cities. Elcott’s study challenges that approach. In considering zones of darkness, it ranges from the sites of production (darkrooms, studios) to those of reception (theaters/cinemas/arcades) that shaped modern media and perceptions. He argues that, in the nineteenth century, the avant-garde was often less interested in the filmed image than in everything surrounding it: the screen, the projected light, the darkness, the experience of disembodiment. He argues that darkness has a history separate from night, evil, or the color black, and has a specifically modern manifestation as a media technology. We are all aware of the "velvet light trap” in photography, but at the heart of this book are technologies of darkness crucial to cinema that were commonly known as "the black screen,” but have, over time, faded from the storied discourse.

Book Populism Artificial Intelligence and Law

Download or read book Populism Artificial Intelligence and Law written by David Grant and published by Taylor & Francis. This book was released on 2024-07-12 with total page 345 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Political systems across much of the West are now subject to populist disruption, which often takes an anti-Constitutional form. This interdisciplinary book argues that the current analysis of anti-Constitutional populism, while often astute, is focused far too narrowly. It is held here that due to an obscured complex of dynamics that has shaped the history of the West since its inception and which remains active today, we do not understand the present. This complex not only explains the current disruptions across the fields of contemporary religion, politics, economics and emerging artificial intelligence but also how these disruptions derive each from originary sources. This work thereby explains not only the manner in which this complex has functioned across historical time but also why it is that its inherent, unresolvable flaws have triggered the shifts between these key fields as well as the intractability of these present disruptions. It is this flawed complex of factors that has led to current conflicts about abortion reform, political populism, the failure of neoliberalism and the imminent quantum shift in generative artificial intelligence. It is argued that in this, law is heavily implicated, especially at the constitutional level. Presenting a forensic examination of the root causes of all these disruptions, the study provides a toolbox of ideas with which to confront these challenges. This is a book of originality and significance, which will make fascinating reading for academics and researchers working in the areas of Socio-legal Studies, Legal Philosophy, Political Science, Theology, AI and Neuroscience.
