La Filisofía del Derecho presenta en común con la Filosofía en general la naturaleza fundamental de su problemática ; la primera tiene un papel de mediadora entre ese sector de la actividad humana que es el Derecho y la interpretación general de la vida del hombre. El objetivo de este ensayo es introducir al lector en el fenómeno jurídico desde una perspectiva filosófica, abordando los principales problemas teóricos del Derecho y las soluciones que a esas cuestiones dan las tres principales corrientes filosófico-jurídicas de la actualidad : iuspositivismo, iusnaturalismo y marxismo. El autor propone, además, una visión del Derecho lo que denomina iusnaturalismo histórico. No constituye un tratado de Filosofía del Derecho, sino un preámbulo que pretende servir de ayuda en la formación de aquellos que se inician en el tema."

Seven countries have been selected for detailed analysis using surveys of the current literature, mainly spanning the last fifteen years. Indonesia and Malaysia are the obvious leaders in terms of area planted and levels of production and export, but also in literature generated on social and environmental challenges. In Latin America, Colombia is the dominant producer with oil palm expanding in disparate landscapes with a strong focus on palm oil-based biodiesel; and small-scale growers and companies in Peru and Brazil offer contrasting ways of inserting oil palm into the Amazon. Nigeria and Cameroon represent African nations with traditional groves and old plantations in which foreign ‘land grabs’ to establish new oil palm have recently occurred.

Die Selbstbehauptung der Universität kündet von der lebendigen Einheit der völkischen Universität und stellt deren Selbstbejahung gegen den Verneinungsgeist der üblichen Wissenschaften.
