Book excerpt: In 1998, Smarandache originally considered the concept of neutrosophic set from philosophical point of view. The notion of a single-valued neutrosophic set is a subclass of the neutrosophic set from a scientific and engineering point of view and an extension of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. A bipolar single-valued neutrosophic set is an extension of a bipolar fuzzy set, which provides us an additional possibility to represent uncertainty, imprecise, incomplete and inconsistent information existing in real situations. In this research article, we apply the concept of bipolar single-valued neutrosophic sets to graph structures and present a novel framework for handling bipolar neutrosophic information by combining bipolar neutrosophic sets with graph structures. Several basic notions concerning bipolar single-valued neutrosophic graph structures are introduced, and some related properties are investigated.We also consider the applications of bipolar single-valued neutrosophic graph structures in decision making. In particular, efficient algorithms are developed to solve decision-making problems regarding recognition of each country’s participation in its conspicuous relationships, detection of psychological improvement of patients in a mental hospital and uncovering the undercover reasons for global terrorism.

The aim of this paper is to develop neutrosophic cubic graph structure which is the extension of neutrosophic cubic graphs. As neutrosophic cubic graphs are defined for one set of edges between vertices while neutrosophic cubic graphs structures are defined for more than one set of edges. Further, we defined some basic operations such as Cartesian product, composition, union, join, cross product, strong product and lexicographic product of two neutrosophic cubic graph structures. Several types of other interesting properties of neutrosophic cubic graph structures are discussed in this paper. Finally, a decision-making algorithm based on the idea of neutrosophic cubic graph structures is constructed. The proposed decision-making algorithm is applied in a decision-making problem to check the validity.

To simulate uncertainty and ambiguity, many extensions of graph theoretical notions were created. Planar graphs play a vital role inmodelling which has the property of non-crossing edges. Although crossing edges benefit, they have some drawbacks, which paved the way for the introduction of planar graphs. The overall purpose of the study is to contribute to the conceptual development of the Pythagorean Neutrosophic graph. The basic methodology of our research is the incorporation of the analogous concepts of planar graphs in the Pythagorean Neutrosophic graphs. The significant finding of our research is the introduction of Pythagorean Neutrosophic Planar graphs, a conceptual blending of Pythagorean Neutrosophic and Planar graphs. The idea of Pythagorean Neutrosophic multigraphs and dual graphs are also introduced to deal with the ambiguous situations. This paper investigates the Pythagorean Neutrosophic planar values, which form the edges of the Pythagorean neutrosophic graphs. The concept of Pythagorean Neutrosophic dual graphs, isomorphism, co-weak and weak isomorphism have also been explored for Pythagorean Neutrosophic planar graphs. A decision-making algorithm was proposed with a numerical illustration by using the Pythagorean Neutrosophic fuzzy graph.
