Algunos ejemplos donde podemos observar este tipo de problemas es en una empresa de construcción y mano de obra en la cual a cada uno de sus trabajadores se le presten los implementos para desarrollar su trabajo diario, o también se podría pensar en una empresa de transportes donde a cada uno de los usuarios se les presta un vehículo para realizar su labor. Debido a lo anterior y a que el desarrollo de un software surge en el momento que se espera resolver una necesidad o se quiere sistematizar un proceso para optimizar tiempo y recurso, el aplicativo Web se ha creado para gestionar el préstamo de herramientas de trabajo tomando como base un laboratorio de una universidad, con la que se intenta mejorar la forma en la cual se realiza el proceso de préstamo de equipos e inventario del mismo y que no solo brinde una posible solución al problema que se presenta en la institución, sino que también se puede modificar de tal manera que sirva para cualquier organización que requiera hacer préstamo de elementos.
