Der Schwerpunkt wird hierbei auf den Einsatz der sogenannten „Gewaltfreien Kommunikation“ gelegt. Die Art und Weise wie wir kommunizieren spielt nicht nur in unserem Alltag eine wichtige Rolle, sondern auch in unserer Arbeitswelt. Falsche Kommunikation kann zu Konflikten führen und diese können wiederum Stressbelastung begünstigen. Auch kann dadurch die Beziehung, sowohl zwischen den Mitarbeitern, als auch zwischen Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern, darunter leiden. Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Entwicklung eines Präventionskonzepts für eine Intensivstation in der Klinik mit dem Fokus auf den Einsatz der Gewaltfreien Kommunikation zur Steigerung der Resilienz. Der Anstieg von AU-Tagen und AU-Fällen aufgrund psychischer Erkrankungen steigt. Psychische Belastungen können auch durch geringe Wertschätzung und durch den fehlenden Einsatz von wichtigen Ressourcen entstehen. Ziel ist es, den Teilnehmern der Intervention Methoden und Techniken der Gewaltfreien Kommunikation beizubringen, die sie nützlich in ihrem stressigen Arbeitsalltag auf der Intensivstation nutzen können, um ihre Resilienz zu stärken und die Kommunikation fairer und wertschätzender zu gestalten. Für die Entwicklung des Konzepts hat sich die Gruppe als Grundlage an dem Leitfaden Prävention des GKV-Spitzenverbandes orientiert sowie dem §20 des Sozialgesetzbuches V. Es wurde eine direkte sowie indirekte Zielgruppe definiert und Maßnahmen entwickelt, die sich sowohl auf die Verhaltens- als auch auf die Verhältnisprävention beziehen. Die Ziele wurden zusätzlich mithilfe der Wirkungstreppe dargestellt und anschließend 3 beispielhafte Seminareinheiten in dem Berliner Modell veranschaulicht. Für die Präsentation und Durchführung der Seminare wurde eine zertifizierte GFK-Trainerin zur Unterstützung geholt.

It focuses mainly on the development of double and complex remedies which were highly controversial even at the times of Hahnemann, who also experimented with double remedies. Various orientations of homoeopathy, spagyric, naturopathy and conventional medicine advocated homoeopathic remedies and supported medical concepts that were based on ‘holistic’ views. One of the proponents of alternative healing methods was the renowned Berlin surgeon August Bier (1861-1949). For him, homoeopathy was one of several possible medical approaches and, in accordance with Heraclitus, he argued that a ‘harmonious view’ of medicine was not possible as long as one of them was excluded.

Research on creativity has increasingly become multilevel, with most work conducted at the individual or team level of analysis. At the same time, there is a large body of research being conducted at the organizational level of analysis on innovation, and there has been a significant amount of entrepreneurship research at the individual level, with an increasing focus on organizational entrepreneurship. However, these three research streams have developed independently, and there has been very little knowledge transfer between the three areas. Because entrepreneurship is often said to be a process that is required to convert innovation into business ventures that will deliver benefits to stakeholders, it is typically driven by an individual or small group of individuals. Creativity research, innovation research, and entrepreneurship research have the potential to inform each other, enriching our knowledge of each area, particularly with regard to the cognitive processes and behaviors that are most effective.
