Book excerpt: Objectifs : L'objectif principal de cette revue systématique de la littérature est d'évaluer la pertinence de l'utilisation des questionnaires et scores de saignement dans la prédiction et la stratification du risque hémorragique au sein de différentes populations cibles en chirurgie orale. L'objectif secondaire vise à s'interroger à cette même question au sein des autres disciplines médicales. Méthode : Une recherche électronique et manuelle basée sur des références d'articles publiés entre 2010 et 2021 portant sur les scores de saignements et leurs applications en chirurgie a été menée. Un total de 35 articles a été inclus dans la présente revue de littérature. Résultats : Les scores pronostiques ont globalement une performance prédictive modérée au sein des différentes populations cibles. En chirurgie orale, le score OBRS (Oral Bleeding Risk Score) destiné à prédire le risque hémorragique post-extractionnel chez des patients sous AVK, semble présenter des performances prometteuses, en intégrant dans son calcul, des facteurs de risque locaux mais des études prospectives doivent être menées pour confirmer ces résultats.

Neuroprotection with calcium antagonists, hemodynamic therapy and interventional angioplasty have an established role in the management of this disease, but an effective single drug for prevention or treatment of the vasospasm is still lacking. This book contains selected contributions to the 7th International Conference on Cerebral Vasospasm held in Interlaken, Switzerland, in June 2000.
