The gastrointestinal tract is also very demanding when it comes to digesting acidic foods. The minimal consumption of or even avoidance of acid-forming foods should regulate the pH value of the body and have a positive effect on our health. ACID FOODS INCLUDE: - Pork and beef - Eggs - White sugar - White flour products - Dairy products - Coffee - Alcohol - Cola 7 - Pasta - Fast food - Fried - Chickpeas - Walnuts - Tea You should neglect these acidic foods in the alkaline diet. The alkaline diet is more of a change in diet than a classic diet in which you simply eat less. But which foods are allowed? Alkaline diet Alkaline foods: The alkaline diet is primarily green.
