The objective is to improve the image content by fusing images such as Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) images, so as to provide more information to the doctor and clinical treatment planning system. This paper demonstrates the application of wavelet transform to multimodality medical image fusion. The proposed method is image fusion using spatial frequency discrete wavelet transform (Haar) and neutrosophic set system. The process is used in this is pixel-based image fusion. In this method, the images are decomposed into low level subbands and high level subbands by spatial frequency discrete wavelet transform (Haar).
