I have no doubt that this decision was founded on the most correct and impartial judgment can readily believe that the successful Essay possesses merit ever so much superior to mine and am too dead to the rivalry of Authorship to have any feeliflg, but that of satisfaction, at finding that Polite Literature has a more able Advocate than myself.
