Book Allah The Concept of God in Islam

Download or read book Allah The Concept of God in Islam written by Yasin T. al-Jibouri and published by Author House. This book was released on 2012-01-19 with total page 540 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Humans are comprised of a body and a soul, yet most of them take care of their bodies and forget about their souls. This book wakes them up, the author hopes, and provides them with a dose of spirituality which they may never have had before. This book is written for everyone, and its stories will appeal to many, if not most, people who will find in them beauty and universality: There is One God, one human family started by Adam and Eve, one truth, one heaven, one hell, one right and one wrong... and one religion. Call any of these by any name, it does not matter, for calling a rose by any other name does not change its beauty, hue, aroma or anything else. So is the case particularly with God whom the Muslims prefer to call “All¡h” for reasons which the book explains. This Volume discusses the “99 Attributes of All¡h” or how Muslims view their Creator. Knowing a maker is done by knowing what he makes. It discusses not only prominent figures but other beings as well: jinns (or genies), angels, demons, etc. It narrates interesting tales about a number of God’s prophets and messengers such as Noah, Moses, Abraham, David, Solomon and Jesus Christ, peace with them all and many, many salutations.

Book Le Cycle de Abd al Mu alib

Download or read book Le Cycle de Abd al Mu alib written by Aomar Hannouz and published by BRILL. This book was released on 2024-02-06 with total page 491 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This book aims to demonstrate that the accounts that feature Muḥammad’s grandfather in Ibn Isḥāq’s Sīra are the product of narrative engineering. Through a narrative sequence in which ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib is the hero, several intriguing episodes follow one another in a causal manner and lead to the birth of a future prophet. Articulated with a historical anthropology, the narrative analysis reveals that the Sīra is the heir to the royal literature of the ancient Near East. Using motifs and themes from the culture of the Fertile Crescent, the Sīra makes ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib a royal figure in the service of legitimising the Abbasid dynasty, heir par excellence to Ishmael and restorer of the Abrahamic covenant.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: "ALLAH"... A very vastly discussed subject, addressed almost daily by people around us yet can anyone claim that we know Him completely? We debate too much about the Creator but do we really know the Islamic God? Almost everyone comments about Him in daily life but is HE what we think He is, this book in itself is blasphemous for some, but if He has given us Hints why can't we take it to reach Him, Allah tells us to search for Him. Where should we search for Him? What tools and equipment do we need to find Allah? This is the most unusual book which answers the most fundamental questions because He is so apparent yet so hidden. In this book the author has tried to put bits and pieces together to answer these questions like -How do we know Allah exists? Is He really the perfect God as the Muslims claim?-They say He loves us but if He really does, why does He punish us, He created Hell to torture us? What is the logic behind trial and tests? Why has He tested the best of best i.e. Prophets and Sufis, now why is He testing us?-What if I want to see Him and talk to Him? Can we see Him; have any Prophet or Sufi talked to Him before? Can we be friends with Him? -Why do people wonder in deserts or forests in search of Him and what makes them certain that by doing so they will reach Him? How many people have seen Him till now? -Why is it that the sufferer called "God is dead" and He is out there observing quietly, why is He letting calamities befall upon us? Why there is so much injustice in this world yet the sinners are privileged as compare to the one who obeys Him.-And finally the most important question answered in this book is "How does He looks like"? -Hence the Islamic philosophy of God is tackled in a very different way in this book-Some of these questions are actually considered logical fallacy and are considered offensive by its nature, not allowed to ask by Muslims scholars but We as Humans have a strong urge to look and to yearn for the Creator, contemplation over God if forbidden but who decides it ? Who gave them the authority to do so? Accurately knowing Allah is the pillar whereupon Islam in its entirety hinges. Without such knowledge, any action in Islam does not have any real value whatsoever: it has neither essence nor value. Hence it is important to gain such knowledge. We all read so many books on different subjects yet we are unaware of the most important subject, this book will clarify all the Questions and try to answer these Questions from different aspects.

Great for all seekers of knowledge, Islam, non-Muslims and Muslims who want to know more regarding their religion. Fantastic for beginners, great for Shiekhs... Insha’ALLAH [if ALLAH (s.w.t: glorified is ALLAH and exalted) permit], whatever may happen, continue reading this book until and before the moment of death arrives when all charitable actions terminate. At the present moment, countless wars are being fought, martyrs are sacrificing every second of their ephemeral lives, and countless other innocent people are being massacred hourly regarding the TRUE knowledge that is contained within this book. This knowledge encompasses and receives priority over and above all forms of knowledge. To their detriment, with utter carelessness and disregard for your SOUL’S eternal future (which is more IMPORTANT than your body’s physical future), others have chosen to conceal this drastically important and highly pertinent knowledge without any remorse whatsoever. Via my weaknesses I was unable to complete & distribute this truly eternal LIFE-SAVING knowledge to you sooner. In your prayers, I humbly request for you to please seek forgiveness for me from ALLAH (s.w.t: glorified is ALLAH and exalted). Maa’sha ALLAH (by the will of ALLAH, s.w.t: glorified is ALLAH and exalted), after an extremely anxious and highly anticipated long wait, I have completed this painstaking yet noble undertaking! True knowledge, when implemented… metamorphoses into a divine light for the individual in this life and the hereafter. Insha’ALLAH, if ALLAH (s.w.t) permit and accepts our pure, sincere and truthful intentions to learn, implement and propagate this true knowledge, the angels will spread their wings beneath our feet, our levels of belief will increase, we will receive Hidiyat (divine guidance) and become means for others to receive hidiyat (divine guidance). Innumerous tangible and intangible blessings will be showered upon us and we will attain more Rahma (mercy) from ALLAH (s.w.t). Henceforth, this Rahma (mercy) will enable us to enter the highest Jannah (paradise) which is Firdaws. Abdul Ghafur (The Slave of The All Forgiving)

Book Allah The Concept of God in Islam

Download or read book Allah The Concept of God in Islam written by Yasin T. al-Jibouri and published by Author House. This book was released on 2013-07-08 with total page 634 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: This Volume discusses a number of various topics which the author thinks the reader will find to be very interesting. Among them are: Surat al-Fatiha (the Opening Chapter of the Holy Qur’an), its significance, implications, mysteries and linguistic marvels; a number of selected supplications (original Arabic texts and author’s translations) and the stories behind them in order to demonstrate how one can get to know his Lord from supplication; a discussion of the biography of the Prophet of Islam which occupies the bulk of this book and which takes the reader back to the 7th Century and how the Arabs were living in their Peninsula, their interactions with followers of Paganism, Christianity and Judaism. He narrates details of a plot to assassinate the Prophet’s mother and later to assassinate him, wizardry and witchcraft during the time; how the Islamic message was born, fought for survival and flourished, the two Jewish ladies who became the Prophet’s wives, covenants of the Prophet with the Christians of Najran, Yemen, and with Medina, Hijaz (Arabic texts and translations), how the immediate family of the Prophet of Islam did not receive the recognition it deserves and the injustice meted particularly to his only surviving daughter, Fatima, whose inheritance was confiscated... It also contains three important chapters: 1) one about the Qur’an and its miraculous aspects, 2) another about the rising Islamophobia throughout the West and Islam bashing in Japan, and 3) a discussion of “jihad”, the most misunderstood Islamic concept, and of the Qaida menace: Wahhabism, Takfirism and terrorism. Throughout the book, the author stresses the unity of the adherents to the Abrahamic faith, advocating peaceful coexistence between the Muslims of the world and followers of all other religions; after all, according to him, we all are members of one and the same family which our parents, Adam and Eve, started.

Book The Mysteries of Allah and His Muhammad

Download or read book The Mysteries of Allah and His Muhammad written by Fatai Badmos and published by Strategic Book Publishing & Rights Agency. This book was released on 2016-12-02 with total page 658 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Mysteries of Allah and His Muhammad is indeed a scanty summary of a potentially great debate. However unwieldy or incomprehensible the actual details may be, certain contexts of the whole or part can always be identified for discussion. In the physique of mankind, Allah manifests. He does so on nature glaringly, just as is inferred from various sections of the book. Whilst He does, the divinity of a being “not more than a prophet” is also undoubtedly established. That co-joining of the One and Only Creator and a creation (a man, Muhammad), who coincidentally is most positively and negatively controversial, should interest those who consider man to be the meanest of God’s creations. That we may not discount knowledge of any sort, even that considered most sacrilegious (science), God’s inspiration to a mortal being (Muhammad) corroborates too many ideas put forth by scientists or intellectuals’ discoveries and postulations. What a mystery that the lightbulb, which in theory and description was already encoded in the Quran more than a thousand years ago, before one bulb ever rolled out in a factory! Only simple minds take things for granted and give no thought to the grandiose schemes of our world and its elements. This book serves as a jolt to those who oversimplify “what is” or the mysterious.

Book Allah As Introduced by Mohammed

Download or read book Allah As Introduced by Mohammed written by Ahmed Hulusi and published by . This book was released on 1997-08-01 with total page 160 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Although we talk about God everyday, we really do not realize what we are talking about. We often repeat words that we have heard others speak...others who have given more thought to & done more research on the subject. All prophets from Abraham to Mohammed have tried to explain the truth in simple words, words that the average person could understand, without causing misgivings in the true believer's mind. The author feels it is time to explain & give an understanding of religion through new information which he has found. In his writing he has to be brief, yet comprehensive so that those who are willing to give serious thought to these subjects will find satisfaction based on the Quran. The reference on which this is based is 5:3, "Perfected as religion & completed my favor on you & chosen for you Islam as a religion." The author is a reporter & has researched religion for 30 years. He has uncovered many secrets & desires to share his KNOWLEDGE with those who are willing to learn the truth as he perceived it. He has published 18 books which are best sellers in Turkey because, he believes, "they feed the hunger inside the spirit of the reader." Download or read book Allah and Elohim written by Michael J. Oldham and published by Tate Publishing. This book was released on 2013-04 with total page 224 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Have you ever wondered why, following 9/11, world leaders, including President George W. Bush, were so quick to say that the three major world religions—Christianity, Islam, and Judaism—all worship the same God? Christians were especially vocal in espousing a tolerant worldview toward Muslims, stating that Allah and Jehovah God were the same deity, ostensibly to avert violence directed against Muslims. Having studied the major world religions, Michael J. Oldham simply could not accept the premise that Christians could believe that the God of the Bible could be the same God as the Qur'an's Allah. This fascinating read takes an in-depth look at each religion's descriptions of God, providing clear support with verses from the Bible and the Qur'an. Dr. Michael J. Oldham provides readers with a comprehensive study of Allah and Elohim, what they claim to be, what their followers believe, and the message of each. Allah and Elohim is thoroughly researched and its conclusions are drawn from the works of many Christian and Muslim scholars. While founded on much research, this book is easily read, and no matter your religion, you will find the book's conclusions compelling. This book outlines the truths about Islam and Christianity and clarifies the major attributes of each God and why they do not correspond. Ground yourself in a thorough understanding of Allah and Elohim so you can competently appreciate the tenets of each.

Download or read book Covenant of Allah written by Munawar Sabir and published by Trafford Publishing. This book was released on 2021-08-03 with total page 540 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Allah, God in His Infinite Wisdom has given human some understanding of His creation. Allah is the Creator of everything that is. He wills and it is. He is beyond human comprehension and His Divine systems do not conform to human concepts, creed, or dogma. Allah, God, the Creator has created the universe of galaxies, worlds, stars, the Sun and the moon and the little atoms, protons, neutrons, and the tiny particles which show the complexity of His Genius. Allah the Lord of creation sends water from the heavens for sustenance of life on earth. Allah directs sunshine to the earth to provide the warmth and light to sustain human, plant and animal life. Allah formed the sun, moon, and stars to create equilibrium in the universe, with every object in its intended place revolving in its fixed orbit in perfect harmony and balance. Allah created the secrets and the mysteries of the heavens and the earth, the so-called sciences, the knowledge of particles, elements, cells, mitochondria, chromosomes, gravity, black holes, only a minute portion of which he revealed to man. Allah clearly provided humankind with a mind to wonder at Allah’s infinitesimal wisdom. Yet humans are conceited and arrogant if they believe that God is driven by man-created creed, testament, dogma, Sunna and Sharia. Allah does not require a shrine, temple, tent, or a talisman to live in. His presence is everywhere. He is present in the smallest particle and in the greatest expanse. He is accessible to each and every object He has created. Every object obeys Allah’s will except for humankind, who has been given a free will. The Covenant of Allah presents us with the scope of the freedom of choice that humankind has in doing what is wholesome and beautiful or that which is corrupt or ugly, in the human role amongst the creation. It reminds us of how the scales of Allah’s justice, the two hands of Allah, His mercy, and His wrath, are reflected in the human domain, where people have been appointed Allah’s vicegerents. Deeds of goodness and wholesomeness are associated with mercy, wholesomeness, paradise, and the beautiful. Evil and corruption is rewarded with wrath, hell, and the ugly.
