Los autores repasan los motivos que han llevado a las empresas a apostar por este tipo de productos, ya que los índices de prevalencia de las llamadas enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles van en aumento y la calidad de vida de las personas, a causa del stress y la poca actividad física, va en descenso.
