Book excerpt: Ce travail de thèse est consacré au développement de méthodes d’estimation des directions d’arrivées de signaux sources à partir d’une antenne multicapteur. Dans cette étude, nous nous plaçons plus particulièrement dans le contexte des systèmes de communications basés sur la transmission par étalement de spectre du type DS-CDMA. Les signaux utilisés dans ce type de systèmes, utilisant le DS-CDMA, possèdent certaines caractéristiques qui sont liées à la modulation et au codage de l’information transmise. Dans ce cadre d’application, les signaux sources possèdent certaines propriétés statistiques telles que la non circularité et la cyclostationnarité. Ces deux propriétés se révèlent notamment par l’observation des moments du second ordre de ces signaux. Une autre caractéristique des signaux DS-CDMA est que les codes d’étalement sont connus au niveau du récepteur. L’originalité de nos contributions réside dans le développement de plusieurs méthodes de localisation de sources, améliorées par l’exploitation conjointe de propriétés des signaux DS-CDMA. Nous proposons donc dans ce mémoire de thèse plusieurs nouvelles méthodes exploitant les propriétés de cyclostationnarité et de non-circularité simultanément. Nous proposons aussi des méthodes qui exploitent conjointement la connaissance a priori des codes d’étalement et la propriété de cyclostationnarité des signaux CDMA. Des simulations sont présentées afin de montrer le bénéfice apporté par la prise en compte de ces propriétés
