Book excerpt: Beginning with the publication ending calendar year 1993, all scheduled and nonscheduled service traffic statistics performed by large certificated U.S. air carriers are presented. Prior to that year, only scheduled and some nonscheduled emplanements for scheduled air carriers were included; no emplanements were included for nonscheduled service air carriers (charter service only). There were also changes in this publication due to the T-100 data collection system for U.S. air carriers which began January 1, 1990. The format was changed to comply with 14 CFR 241.19.6 that the restrict public disclosure of T-100 detail and summary international data. Non U.S. airport data does not appear. Data are no longer broken out by domestic or international operations at airports, only system operations are shown.
